The breakfast was great. The bars for making waffles and the sausage gravy was the perfect American breakfast items that I missed about being in the US. The staff was helpful and helped meet our needs and answer our questions. It was very convenient for getting to different attractions, especially with the free shuttle bus.

I wish we could have accessed the swimming pool during our stay since it got pretty hot at that time. Also carpet in the elevator was a bit too dirty and the elevator itself was very clunky.

At check in, we were allowed to settle into our room early, which I was so thankful for. We went to a Rangers baseball game and it was SO convenient to take the trolly and the trolly stop was at the front door of the hotel and it was FREE! The room was conveniently located to so much in the area, it was large with a separate living room and the bed was very comfortable. Plus the free breakfast offered pre-packaged sandwiches which were yummy, in addition to the regular breakfast fare.

Great price & location for the room compared to others in area. Staff at front desk very nice upon check in. Breakfast good with nice selection included in price. (Yay on having chocolate milk!) The free trolley is great as well (directions how to reserve at front desk with SKU code to download app)

No complaints for a one evening event stay.

The signage light half works bulbs need to be replaced, made it it look unsafe, they don’t clean the rooms daily and swap out towels no small bottles of water at breakfast , no breakfast meats on Friday

Room was very cosy, staff at counter was very nice and kind to introduce the area as well as recommend things to do!

The breakfast was repetitive; could be improved with wider variety for breakfast!

The staff really worked with me the location was great next to nice restaurants and everything is at a convenience businesses and location

Some of the staff were nicer then others wish all were like the nice person who checked me in and joy the front desk manager treated me very courteous and nice

The breakfast was good and had a great location. Checked in late around 7pm. The night desk person was not helpful or polite. Was too busy on their peesonal phone and watching a show on the computer to be of any help or general customer service .

More choice in food and The breakfast was disappointing. Same every day Really needs to be varied. The bananas were green so took a few days to be able to eat any

Great price compared to comparable hotels in the same area. The facilities were nice and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to visitors.

There were no ceiling lights in the sleeping area, so it was a bit dark at night. It's great for relaxing, but a little inconvenient if you want to work in your room. There's noise from the highway on the pool side, so maybe try to request a room on the front if you're a light sleeper. I had a front room the first time I stayed and it was very quiet.

The room was so clean, breakfast was great, the lady at the front desk was helpful.

We had to change room but not Fairfield's fault. It was mine for not booking the same type of room for 2 nights.
