Property Manager was friendly and helpful upon checking in. He gave us a lot of information on things to do as a family and we took his advice on a water park and loved it. Pam at the front desk was very helpful in getting things resolved. Texas heat is different from what we’re use to . My room was warm and wouldn’t get cooled . I understand it’s 97 degrees outside at 10:00pm and it can take a while to cool off . She was very helpful on getting us a new room . It took her no time . She said she would call me back but we heard a knock on the door and she showed up with a alternative room. I left my wedding slippers and Kathy was able to locate housekeeping and get them put up for me. She called me. Which I had already made it back home to Louisiana and my sister was able to pick them up for me. Everyone was really nice and I was happy with my stay. This will definitely be our go to vacation stay.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was excellent. I appreciated all the big details like the furnished dishes and cookware in the suites, as well as the small details like the extra sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet. Love the balcony. The pool was fun also.

No breakfast due to covid. Not a very good selection of vending options. Location is not very walkable, mainly because the sidewalks end and then you are stuck walking in the grass or the road. I would recommend getting food to bring back if you don't plan on driving as much.

I liked everything. I had a king suite. Had kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Had a pullout sofa bed. Had the king bed in a separate room. Bathroom had a spa tub. Lots of space. I'm 6'5". I could have slept in it. Toilet had a door for privacy. If you needed privacy if someone in the bath or shower.

bed was comfortable & a/c was working well I saw some comments about some not working but mine was working just fine.

room hard a very strong smell of cigarettes. seemed like people are living in the hotel.

I was very impressed with the hotel. I came to Arlington with friends to celebrate my birthday. I booked 3 rooms and I stayed in the King Suite. The King Suite was nice and comfortable. Plan to book on my next stay

we had a one bedroom apartment style came with a complete kitchen beds was very comfortable had patio right across from six flags a guy at the front desk gave us a written out guide to places that he felt was a need to go. very nice of him

We had a king suit and it was perfect for our family thank consisted only husband wife and 2 children! Loved the undated kitchen super cute and comfy! The value was awesome we were able to cook easy meals and save on not going out to eat. Close to the attractions like six flags and was perfect because the hotel provided a free trolly. The pool is heated with a hot tub so it was good for the kids. The only down side was random kids would b knocking in the middle of the night on the door and then run. Other than that we r definitely going to come back to this hotel next time!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my preferences for my stay. Very great location from the stadiums! (I had attended a concert at Globe Life Field). To sum up: Ozzie🐶 and I had a great stay here & we are thankful!

I liked the facilities.

It wasn’t very clean. I kept finding hairs all over the place, on towels, linen. The bed sheets weren’t washed.

Location was good accommodations were adequate

Advertised breakfast however there wasn't any available and we didn't know that until arrival when asking where it was being served. Made a difference in budgeting for our trip.
