My room was NICE and COMFY, me and my kids enjoyed our LABOR DAY weekend here from Friday to Monday(labor day) close to intersection so we was able to JUMP ON and take the lil 6mins or less ride depends on traffic to go VISIT the COLLEGE DOME of a relative and CATCH HIS FIRST FOOTBALL GAME OF THIS 2023season GO LongHORNS and THEY WON congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 🙌 Team TEXAS, I WILL BE BOOKING again here for ALL HOME GAMES cause my stay was WORTH IT and BREAKFAST was GOOD 👍 and the LOBBY COFFEE ☕️ was GREAT 👍 EVERYONE working HERE labor day weekend was GOOD TO US, Thanks 😊 Signed CamBoo 😀

My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. We booked through booking.com for a good price per night. Our room was spacious, well decorated, comfortable, we slept like logs each night and the breakfast was outstanding. It wasn't the typical oatmeal and coffee either. Each morning was a full breakfast. Omelet's, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, coffee, fresh fruit(bananas, oranges & apples) orange juice etc. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. Highly recommend and would stay at this Hampton again. Oh, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. *****

I Cannot think of anything I did not like. Honestly was really very nice to stay there.

The breakfast, the location, the room, the exercise room, what I liked the most, were the friendly staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, who checked us in, services with a smile.

What I didn't like booking.com, surprised hidden fees, you should let the customer know everything, you know, allow the customer make the decision to continue with your services and not wait until they check in to find out they're being charged for something, they knew nothing about.

This Hampton Hotel has no microwave, no refrigerator, and no lids for coffee / tea cups (Had the nerve to write a note “out of lids” for 5 days. We bought cooked meals with the hope of keeping it in the refrigerator and heat it up the next day. We had to throw the meal out as there was no refrigerator. The attendant stated for lack of better words “We having get to it”. The bath room had less tissue on the roll. No room service from Tuesday until Friday. We asked for a roll of tissue, the same attendant told us we have to request for it. No note and pen in the room. WOW! Bad experience. We will continue to use Hampton Hotel and as a matter of fact, we are in Hampton Hotel in another city as we continue to enjoy our vacation. PS. expand the scope of TV channels. Thanks.

Front desk was excellent. The lady at the desk was very friendly and pleasant, even when I asked for a new room because the first room I was given had no view out the window. Room was very clean and pretty. All of the staff members that I passed in the hallway were great and would ask if I needed anything. 10 stars for all of the staff members.

One of the elevators seemed a bit sketchy and then ended breaking later that night.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices available. Staff was sweet and cordial. There was plenty of to dine. The front desk was accommodating and honest I called beforehand to make sure we had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The Adu said they had a public microwave and Refrigerators in room was on a first come first serve basis. We reserved a king bed room and bu the time we for there around 4pm all the king beds were taken. So the lady provided us with two doubles but the room came with a microwave and fridge! I was very pleased. It wasn't going to kill my husband to not sleep next to me to be honest. Lol!

There was a stench in the room. It helped when we turned the air conditioner lower but the room did not have a welcoming pleasant smell.

The location and the room were great, although the carpet was a bit dirty. The breakfast was hot and delicious and ready for everyone at any time during breakfast hours. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful during our stay.

The clerk during check-out was unwilling to accommodate us during a packing emergency that popped up, and the cook for breakfast seemed a bit off-putting to myself and to some other guests during breakfast.

The room was very attractive. The staff quite helpful when I had a couple problems. Breakfast offerings varied with good choices. Parking in the shade behind hotel great.

It was difficult not to have a refrigerator in the room. I was traveling long distance and carrying a few small items that needed to be chilled. For the price of the room, a microwave and refrigerator is assumed. Fortunately the staff put my items in the refrigerator downstairs which I really appreciated. The noise from the interstate is significant.

The bed was comfortable.

The tv needs to be updated with a remote that has Netflix on it at least. They only had the biscuits out for one breakfast. Every breakfast was the same but I felt like was progressively getting worse after each day. The eggs were really runny on our last day.

it was modern and up to date clean and new looking

there was a message that kept going off all night about security on camera. At first I thought it was emergency for bad weather or something. that was annoying. also there was a charge to park of $5.00. plus additional 70.00 that they will refund once you check out. that just seemed shady
