Bhuvi and Varun the front desk men are so sweet and nice, there boss is So amazing 👏 There staff in housekeeping and maintenance are Immaculate, I rate this property at 10 for the service for the service of the front desk. As well, they go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this property. I believe all the employees deserve a raise on how hard they work on keeping the property.Looking right and Smelling right and on top of their customer service is exquisite . I will be renting here again And I will refer my people to this property.

The room service went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I stayed Monday to Friday for work and the room service was above expectation. They actually changed my trash, swept and gave new towels each day with no hair, AND most impressively made my bed with my bedspread and pillow. I bring my own covers and pillow and they made my room look more organized looking than how I left it rushing each morning. Made me feel more welcome and cared about while away from home and family. It also happened to be my birthday Monday and I was going through a hard time personally. Serendipity was appreciated! I left a 20 dollar tip and 2 bottles of water. I hope the right person got it.

Front desk was too long to check in or even let you in the building, cause they only let in one person at a time, for a reason unexplained and it so hot outside. Someone was able to cut in front of my when I went for the a/c in my car. The person who checked me in was ok, but upon check out the front desk couldn't tell me who did my room so well or anything useful. They didn't care if the room service person got their tip or accolades.

I lost my phone and Mohammed and BP found my phone for me and they were very kind on their approach with giving it back to its rightful owner. I love how the rooms are home ready and they smell great.

Nothing too bad only thing is the WiFi is weird but it works.

I like the staff I appreciated how helpful the employee who checked me in was he is always polite and courteous but this time he was even more helpful than ever and I will always remember him for that

Front desk was very professional

I didn’t like this fact I had to stay at a motel. I’d rather stay at my own house. I had no problems with this place.

There was not breakfast at this location. I had to use this location for an emergency use due to the weather.

What I didn't like was the rooms on the back side of this hotel was no equipped with a refrigerator or microwave. I had to change rooms for the weekend.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful
