I liked the location and how clean the Hotel was, very close to everything needed.

The staff was a little unprofessional, not very good manners while checking in. Also, the breakfast was not complete, we had stayed in this same hotel before and the breakfast was excellent, very complete, eggs, breakfast sausages, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurts, juices, fruits, etc. This last time there were only waffles and coffee, that's it. No protein to add to the breakfast you need to start your day with if you want to spend your day as a tourist visiting several places in Austin. Breakfast is advertised on the webpage so I'm not sure if the lack of a complete breakfast was because of La Quinta or if it was the decision of the staff that day...

The location was the best for our stay celebrating our anniversary. The room and modern and clean. The breakfast was better than other basic hotels.

We could hear the man next door. He stayed in his phone and was very loud. The adjoining door made it sound like he was right in the room with us. made us feel uncomfortable to have conversations knowing he could probably hear us. The elevator looked a little sketchy as well. It seemed to work fine but panel was missing and showing wires. 😬

Room was spacious,, very close to the domain so a lot of amenities around the hotel. Good movies on the tv and decent size gym n good parking. Decent breakfast in the morning. Quiet and peaceful

Moldy showers. Front desk staff was not welcoming. Seemed like she hated her job. Our first room was very dirty and beds were nasty. Some of the doors didn’t work and there was no sign stating the door didn’t work so I had to walk all the way around to get to my room. The Bluetooth speaker they had in the room did not work .

Great location. Away from downtown but still close to everything. pool was great. if you stay on the bottom floor you have direct access to pool area. Smaller breakfast items change daily which is great, never ate the same breakfast during our stay.

Some front dest staff are nicer than others. Needed a new card and waited about 10 mins for an attendant to arrive, maybe post a break sign? Need 2nd waffle maker fixed to help the line go faster.

very convenient

I had called ahead on Thursday wanting to have a disability room. I was told that there would be no problem waiting until I arrived. When I got there, they were no available rooms on the first floor as I have been told there would be. Also, the carpet was soaked with water which I didn’t realize till I got back into the room at 11 o’clock the first night. I had to move to another room evening of Christmas. This was not so completely convenient as I had had help from my son, moving in, this is my disability, and I had to do the move myself on Christmas.

First of all we are very blessed that we get to travel any where, always!! We (2 couples/2 rooms) went for the Texas/TCU Football game. Price was very fair and definitely in our price range for our plans! This hotel was easily accessed from the MOPAC in the Domain area. Very simple check-in process. I called ahead earlier in the day and let them know we'd be a very later check-in and would prefer two rooms, if not close, at least on the same floor! Win! Excellent rooms, right across the hall, no fuss, no muss!! Rooms were clean, comfy, quiet and beds were great! My husband has difficulty sleeping away from home and he slept great! Another win! Parking was easily accessible and the area was safe! We did not partake in the Free Breakfast as we had other plans on the two mornings we were there. In the evenings when looking for dinner and entertainment it was not far to find plenty of options for adults and/or families without even getting on the motorway! Another Win! The check out process was good, staff was limited, but we're the people that are happy for the staff who DO show! Luckily we were in no hurry, so it was a very nice person who came to assist. We would definitely pick this hotel and area again if we want to visit Austin.

It was very nice. walking distance to my job so that’s awesome. We just wanted a little staycation and this was a great choice. The beds were so comfy and the pillows were oh so soft and wonderful. I slept so good the whole time I was there!!!

The staff wasn’t bad, however there was a weird mixup with my card. I paid and the total amount of my stay was held in my account. A day or so later, the hotels system tries charging me again… and again… and again. Obviously I went to discuss what was going on because on my end, my room was paid for. The front desk agent basically told me it had something to do with my daughter using my card at the little shop there and it disconnected my payment somehow. Girl idk- I didn’t get it. It was a bit frustrating. In the end, my account released the funds and I went to the front desk and paid. It was the worst part of our stay and that wasn’t even really a bad situation.

Everything from walking in the hotel til walking out and the rooms were so nice a clean i give the Housekeeper a A+++ and the Staff at the front desk was very nice a polite and very helpful they gave us a room right by our parking space thank you staff ❤ and the swimming was so clean and relaxing they even had all sizes of towels for you when you get out the pool great ideal and breakfast very hot and fresh looking forward in returning to La Quinta in Domain and i almost forgot The Price was very reason Good Recommendations

That i couldnt stay longer had to head back out of town

My room was nice spacious and clean. I had access to the pool from my room. The door from my room led out to the pool. The breakfast was included in the price. It was good and very filling. It is located in a very nice area with plenty of shopping.

One person working the front desk and it was a bit of a wait to check in.

The room was a nice size bed comfy overall the room was really nice. Location oerfect

When we checked in my keys didn’t work. So we was given new keys. After getting settled my wife went in the restroom and it was covered in ants in the sink and tub. The lady at the front desk gave me bugspray. It happens.
