We did not eat breakfast and arrived very late the first night. The hotel was very clean and desk staff were prompt and friendly. Location was good for us...easy to get to and easy to get back to main roads. Parking garage was easily accessible and we had no problems with anything. Thank you for making our stay great!

Fire alarm went off at 7:45ish (a.m.) because of a burnt bagel in the lobby. It was good to know the alarms were working, but kind of a pain to be blasted out of bed on a Sunday morning. Ha!

it was sooooo clean. The hotel is only 3 years old so the rooms are 10/10. you are closed to domain which big bars, shopping stories, and restaurants. we are 20 minutes from Rainey Street and not too far from Lake Travis. The food and the drinks are amazing. The bar manager is very sweet and goes out of his way to help people.

The front desk ladies could be little nicer.

The staff at check in changed my room to the south side so I could see the soccer stadium. I love soccer! The room was huge and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in for many years. The dark shade was nice and it was very quiet which was a bonus. The planes and storms weren't loud.

Very clean

I am claustrophobic and don’t ride elevators. You need the room key to use the elevator. I HAD to get on the elevator and the key didn’t work so I had an awful panic attack because the elevator wouldn’t move. Thankfully my husband was able to get us back to the first floor. I wish there were easier access to stairs. I used them to go down but they end up outside and I couldn’t get back in. The room was lovely and very clean, but I wish the room would have been a little cooler. Also my husband went to get breakfast, but changed his mind when he saw the young man cooking without a hairnet and his long hair hanging over the food.

Breakfast was pretty good. The staff member serving breakfast (same every day / 5 days) was very courteous and friendly and very accommodating

I did not like that the cleaning service is "by request" - I stayed 5 nights and had to ask for new towels and a clean on my last night. This is not what I would expect from a hotel at this level/ price point - or not to see a price reduction in block bookings.

It was very clean and had a luxury feel. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely stay there again.

It had no pool, however, we were able to go to their sister hotel and use their pool. I didn't like that their was no comp. Breakfast. It was quite pricey to eat there.

location, cleanliness

the room we get was opposite the gym, so we hear everything from the gym. the best was the one “very smart and healthy” person, who did workout at 6 AM on Saturday and dropped the weights on the floor every 5 minutes.

I loved the staff ,they were so nice and helpful,I loved the room ,it was very nice and clean ,plus beautiful,I loved the location,it was close everywhere I wanted to tour ,overall I would definitely book with Hilton again

I loved everything,no complaints at all

From the greeting from the desk, the security of the facility, the cleanliness, the comfort, until we checked out two days later, this was a great stay! We actually drove 13 hours to see a concert at the Germania Amphitheater, which was about 30min drive south of the hotel, but booked here based off rating, reviews, and price point. It was also 30min drive downtown (Caesar Chavez and 5th) where we had some great food and walked around downtown.

Can’t think of anything that needed additional attention.
