The size of the room and the amount of counter and shelf space, and the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. I also liked that there was a sizeable grassy area to take our dog and that there was a stand with a box of bags for picking up dog droppings. That came in handy since we had forgotten to bring ours! There is a restaurant next door and several nearby as well as shopping. It's close to the center of town.

The beds were smaller than queen size which made it a little tight for me and my husband, but doable. Also, a coffee maker would be nice.

We were a little skeptical at first because it is a bit of an older motel but it was great! A great stay for the price, very clean, beds were comfy and the staff! Let me give Dave at the front desk big props! Super nice from the phone call I made driving in through our stay and check out! Location was so convenient. Walgreens, Walmart and plenty of eateries within walking distance. I will definitely recommend!

It was nice and cozy. Like their little bbq area with the picnic tables.

Wished I would’ve known the town stop selling alcohol at midnight!! Want to buy beer on the way back and sit at the tables for a few adult beverages since it’s was a crisps night. We’d went to go see Tracy Byrd for my wife birthday. It was a big surprise. With some friends that joined us for the concert.

Absolutely nothing. They absolutely had this property exceeds guests needs. Ice machine strategically located & easy for me fill my small ice chest as I got ready to travel again to next 6 Motel in Sweetwater, TX.

Comfortable the beds were and how it got cold in the rooms :-) it was very clean also.

The water took a really long time to get hot. But that's not even a big deal it's not even an issue really but that was the only thing that stood out was the water took a really long time to get hot.

Very good location. Walgreens across the street. A donut shop, open at 5 in the morning, with a large selection of pastries, right next door. Wendy's a block away. A short drive off Interstate 10. Room was nicely updated, and had an upholstered bench for the table (see picture).

The vinyl flooring could be off-putting at first, but it was a good quality.

We were just driving through and needed a place for the night. We had our 2 small dogs with us and we didn't have to pay an extra fee. They were free! There is fast food close by and a drug store (like Walgreen's) across the street. The 2 cleaning ladies we met were super nice and friendly.

N/A. The motel met our needs and we would stay again.

Great location, very clean & modern facilities, our room had a full fridge stove & oven

The house-keeping lady knocked on our door loudly at 8:30 am and 10:00 am waking us up twice when the check out was at 11:00. Just a minor inconvenience everything else was amazing.

The owners were very friendly. Room was clean and impeccable. We felt very safe and there were no loud parties going on.

Only thing they could improve was to limit how much outside light permeates into the room

It was very clean. It was quiet. And the location was great.

The swimming pool was closed and we had some very disappointed kiddos.
