Anika the front desk that was there when we checked in super helpful.

Pool was freezing and since we traveled with kids it was a big plus but it was too cold to use, I understand there's a heater coming. We asked for a late check out front desk very professional all good said that they were all booed up for late check outs, I've never encountered that before so that was different to me. On the second floor by the ice machine there is a caution wet floor sign there is a hole it collapses floor under that carpet, should have been a different sign there.

Due to delayed flight, we knew we'd be arriving late. I called ahead and confirmed this with Vivi. When we finally arrived, Vivi greeted us warmly. She was extremely helpful and professional. Overall, Vivi provided EXCELLENT customer service! Very good breakfast options with helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and the rooms, beds, linens and pillows are so comfortable.

It's graduation time. ALL properties increase their rates ridiculously. We've stayed at the Wyndham Garden before and the rate was more than double what we previously paid. At least we knew what we were getting.

WOW!! I really do not know where to begin. We were in town due to an emergency with our Cadet. The hotel delivered exactly what we needed, and staff incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about our stay at this hotel.

Nothing that the hotel could really control. There was a lot of kids in the hotel due to some type of baseball or softball tournament. The children were running up and down the hallways being very loud. Parents if they were around didn't care to put a stop to it. There was no way the parents could not hear how disruptive their children were. On the second day of our stay, the children were not only running up and down the hallway being loud, but they were knocking/banging on guest doors even when the door had a sign that read please do not disturb.- Maybe that's the reason why they were knocking/banging on the door. After calling the office the noice was greatly reduced and the banging/ knocking stopped. Thus, THANK YOU!

room was clean. Key card worked. Student groups were well behaved. Breakfast was great. Beds were very good. Staff were all great. TV remotes had good batteries. When I brought the water issue to the desk staff, they made a call. Offered to put us in a different rooml. We were exhausted and already unloaded in room 112. The management discounted the room from $100 to about $70 before taxes. Staff said that since we booked through a 3rd party, they had limited options. We will return.

No hot water in either sink. Only luke warm 85 degrees. Shower water finally got up to 100 but took a while. Shower glass barn doors will not stay open or closed. Lots of water damage in room 112 from guests not getting the doors secured. Help Wanted : Dry wall / paint technician. Need better instructions on fancy light system. Lots of water wasted on grass watering days. Coffee in room not to good. Lobby coffee was great. It looks like the motel is unable to hire and keep good technically trained repair staff. Only 1 elevator works since 7 days ago. Ice Machine on 4th does not work,

Surprised to find 10 issues in a like new motel 2020/Dec 1 a green chair was broken and missing a screw. Could cause an injury. 2 a TV remote needed a battery. 3 the refrigerator needed defrosting. 4 the inside shower door is stuck and does not move on the rollers 5 There was a sewer smell close to the ice machine, possibly from a dry P-trap.room 400s 6 one of two elevators were working 7 The grass sprinkler system causes a large puddle for the middle row of cars. The drivers have to get their shoes to get to their door if walking via cement.wasting a pile of money on watering concrete. 8 the first set of keys did not open the door had to go back to the front desk 9 barn door to bathroom would close by itself-needs adjustment 10 Needed a cheat sheet for TV 11 lights off thing - there has to be a better way to turn off the lights.

1 love the $77 price. Plus taxes. 2 great breakfast 3 clean rooms 4 good lighting 5 excellent staff

I love the smell, friendliness, the beautiful decoration the cleanliness. I was very confused on how to keep the lights on and turn them off but once I got it I loved it.

I didn’t like the toilet was so low. People who had problems with there knees have trouble getting up and down off of it like I did. I also didn’t like the option of the food everyone doesn’t eat pork and it was a lot of that, the waffles were cold no cereal for the kids, other than that I loved it! Would love to stay but budget not right

me, not clothed, in the room at 10:30am when checkout is at 11am the cleaning ladies walked into my room. knocked and opened the door as they knocked before i could even answer. when the door opened i said we are still in here!! that was my only complaint do not come into my room when checkout isn’t for another 30 minutes!

Property is clean. People are generally friendly. Breakfast has a good variety. Would like to see some fruit offered and oatmeal. Very nice lobby vibe with nice music and comfortable chairs. Love the suite with 2 areas with 2 TV’s. Like that the rooms have a coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the suite. Vertical comfortable beds and very fluffy pillows. Soundproofing very good. Hotel was full and was not able to hear the folks in the rooms next to me.

Cleaning only offered if staying more than 3 days. Had to go to the front for towels and more toiletries. Having to collect garbage and put outside of room. For the price paid per night should not have to do this. should at least have the cleaning folks do these basics.

It was beautiful! Clean! Nice variety for breakfast! They had fresh coffee in the evening which was a plus to my 81 year old mother! The staff was very sweet! Great location! After reading all the reviews for other hotels in the area, I was worried about bugs but there weren't any bugs!!!

Facilities were clean and the staff was attentive. 5 stars. Great job.

The stay was expensive. We will not likely do it again. With that said, I do understand that market demand (a game weekend) might have justified the high charge…basic economics supply and demand. IF hotel was NOT fully booked that weekend, I would look into a reduced $$$ of stay on such weekends.
