Location, accessibility, amenities were all great. Staff was fantastic! The common spaces were very nice as well, including the pool area and the lobby, which had many spaces to sit and do work on a laptop or just enjoy the nice space.

The only things that could have been better would be little things about the room. For example the door had paint missing where it had obviously banged into the security lock. Also the bathroom had chipped areas on the floor and didn’t really have a counter to speak of. This was a departure from the non-accessibility rooms I’ve stayed in where everything was excellently maintained.

We arrived at 11pm at night, so only my Mother got up early enough to enjoy your breakfast. She said it was fabulous! I wishbI could say we got to look around and see your facility, but we just needed to sleep before driving home. It looked huge and inviting. Next time we will have more time to enjoy more.

Had hard time finding for bedding for pull out sofa. We also would have liked an extra blanket. The living room seemed "uninviting" and not comfy. More on the "Doctor's office" vibe, while chairs at the table seemed "picnic-like". However, we just needed the beds. And comfy!! Too high for my Mother. Had to help her in and out. She is 5'8". My son and I much taller... we loved them.

The only problem we encountered was the indoor pool. It's the reason I booked two suites there Our four grandchildren were so excited to get to swim there (two of the kids were celebrating their birthdays). It was a great disappointment when we found the pool wasn't heated. The water was ice cold. They were determined to swim anyway but they were shivering and turning blue after a few minutes exposure. Had I known upfront that the indoor pool was not heated, I would have found a different place to stay. Other than that, I was very happy with the accommodations.

It was decorated so nice for the holidays! We took advantage of a good photo spot next to the fireplace!! The art work on the windows was amazing! The breakfast menu was one of the best varieties we’ve ever had!! The staff really stayed on top of making sure it was full at all times.

The only thing I did not like was there wasn’t any trash bags in the rooms so I didn’t feel right throwing the trash away in the trash cans with out bags. I had to find a housekeeper in the morning and she gave me a black bag she had so I took it as maybe there was a bag issue.

Breakfast was good, not great. There were scrambled eggs that did not quite taste like eggs, and sausage patties that were typical of hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was loud but in the good, white-noise, type of loud. On the date we stayed, the price was unbelievably inexpensive. The queen room was spacious, with a separate living room apart from the bedroom. The beds themselves were very comfortable, although there was no bedding in the room for the sleeper-sofa, which would have been nice to have as an option.

At breakfast, there was no fresh fruit. In the room, there was no discernable noise from neighbors, but the room itself was noisy because of the hard floors and sliding barn doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, so that bathroom noise disturbed other members in our group. The bath sink faucet was faulty so that if it was not completely shut off, then water poured directly from the valve onto the counter and then onto the floor. The room was not properly swept and had many stray human hairs on the hard floor.

The kitchen staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customers.

That when we checked in they did not inform us that there water had been turned off. If we had known this we would have made plans to work around this. They could have been so much more upfront and proactive in providing things, without being asked, such as bottled water, makeup clothes and hand sanitizer. Instead it seemed like they just wanted to sweep the problem under the rug. I understand that the city provided time frames that were not meant but not offering solutions or compensation certainly said the customer's problems were not their problems.

I love the staff, the building and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is always on point. Veronica that works the front desk is amazing. She makes you feel at home and welcomed. Very personable, she remembered who I was and it made the check in process much faster.

One of the staff members that works the 3-11 pm shift has a very bad attitude. Always on her phone I tried speaking she didn't even speak back. Very rude.

It looked nice, but I did not eat the free breakfast because we made plans to meet friends and family for brunch. We liked the clean look of the hotel We liked the large, spacious room with minifridge and microwave

#1 MUST FIX!!! The door next to our room, can remember, maybe 104? - first room next to the exterior door was incredibly loud and disruptive. The hinges squeal when the door closes and then it SLAMS shut. Absolutely terrible. Needs WD40 NOW. #2 We did not like the small condiment size shampoo. Need to improve. Try the large bottles with the pump dispensers. #3 The parking lot is too small when the hotel is full. We had to park at O'rileys when we came back around 11 PM.

this was a super clean place that I loved. the pool was hilariously small but we still had fun.

when we got up to the room we pulled out the pull out couch to find no linens and checked the whole room and there were none so I spent a couple hours trying to reach housekeeping and the front desk and never did so I bought my own at Walmart so that sucked . as with most hotels I also wish breakfast is until 10 because after a long day with whatever we came to do and getting back and sleeping I barely get up at 9 and it really is a bummer good is gone. the air didn’t work very well in the room vs the moving room so I had to freeze out the person in the living room just to be someone cool in the bedroom. a fan could fix this.

Clean, large rooms, decent bed, air conditioner works well just takes awhile to cool off. Breakfast was ok. Bar tender was great.

The design of some of the aspects of the hotel were not well thought out. There is NO sound barrier between the sliding bathroom doors and the rest of the space. The sliding door Does Not cove all of the door way which is an issue depending on who you are sharing a room with. There is no sound proofing in the way between the room in hallway. We could hear conversations word for word. I Tavel with a small fan and a fan app so it was not an issue at night. No iron in the room. Don’t think I ever stayed anywhere there was not an iron. But I maybe the last human on earth that irons.
