This is a great place to stay--good location with easy access to the Central Expressway. This time we had a room further back and facing the Hilton Garden Inn and it seemed quieter than other times when we have stayed here. The breakfast has lots of options--from muffins and bagels, waffles, eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and yogurt. I really appreciated the bigger plastic cups for water and juice.

The elevators seemed exceptionally slow this time. If you sat on the end of the bed, it made an awful sound, like it was going to collapse (which it didn't, but made that sound whenever sitting on the end of the bed). A visitor we had did not like that the barn door to the bathroom did not lock.

Perfect for what I was looking for: clean, excellent breakfast spread, close to the attractions we visited, and indoor pool. Heard there are safety issues with car break-ins but I didn't have any issue and felt safe. Me and the family visited a water light show and got back at close to midnight but I had no concerns. Definitely recommend! I was also less than 15 minutes away from everywhere we went including the Dallas aquarium.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel room. I liked that it was free parking. Love the fact I could actually control the thermostat.

Disliked the tiny bed pillows that were square in shape.

In need of a renovation. The hallway carpets are stained and filthy which makes you wonder how careful they are with their cleaning the rooms and sanitizing bathrooms. Maybe they are cleaned well but the feeling was a bit grungy. New hallway and bedroom carpets would go a long way.

Location was as expected and close to facility we had appointments at. Evening desk employees were great. James was fantastic and was very helpful of area and this really helped. Breakfast was good. Good variety.

Had to pay unexpected fee of $25.00 per night for 2 nights. Was not shown of told about prior to checking in. This was not right. Duvet and comforter was way to heavy. Was not offered housekeeping for 2nd day for trash pickup, toiletries or fresh towels. Outside door were hard to get into with room key. Would be great for future to have 3 nightstands for each side of beds.

Very convenient to our surgical clinic and close to restaurants. Price was good.

One of the accessible doors to get in and out if hotel was out of order. Our bathroom floor wasn’t very clean…especially in front of toilet. The hallways were extremely hot!

It was clean, and that staff was friendly and helpful.

Definitely coming back I enjoyed that the hotel accommodated my family in the first which was very convenient for me with my 1 year old. Beds were comfy and cleanliness was perfect

I loved everything about the Hampton Inn and Staff Members. Everything was smooth and relaxing. We had no worries with parking and felt safe as we where given parking tickets to store in our window. The front desk clerk greeted us professionally and gave us every instruction that was needed to any lounge (gym room, pool area, & etc). I would also love to take a time out to recognize James he made sure our stay was relaxing and smooth as possible

There's nothing to not like 😃 This place is worth it.

A wonderful location close to SMU and North Park shopping. Very clean and nearly new, cookie waiting in lobby, delicious breakfast. Next door to Hilton with restaurant.
