The room was cleaned and big enough for three persons. Microwave and fridge available, bathroom very clean. Breakfast with all the essentials. The pool is good, I saw cleaners doing their job every day. 15 minutes driving to downtown. Avalaible parking free of charge.

Rooms service ( food&beverages) is available throught another company ad we had several issues with our credit cards which were been temporarily blocked by our bank for suspecting a frode. Probably they don't have good security certificates. Dryer in the guest laundry didn't work so well.

I stay here at least once a month for at least 3 to 4 days a month and they’re always really good to me. Location is good it’s near everywhere. I need to be , good price, Good value, clean rooms. Great parking.

The Overnight crew at the front desk can be a bit of a mess were charged me the best they never get my reservation right if I check in late. They’re very unfamiliar with the policies and make up things on the spot that I know aren’t true. The gym needs weights and more equipment. Just invest in a couple things, weight rack or something please please please!

The bed is super comfortable and the room is nice and clean and the TV worked which is always a plus. It's right next to a whole bunch of restaurants and stuff that are pretty close by walking distance and I honestly don't really like driving around in Dallas so that is a plus. The staff was super nice I mean I was pretty much in and out but the staff was nice they welcome to me and my dogs so it was really cool.

The only thing that I would say is if you're looking for a hotel that is right off of the 20 if you're on your way East from West this is not the one for you I had to drive all the way up to North Dallas and there's this like crazy web of intertwined interstate and expressways that was a little stressful because I don't live anywhere that's like that. But I'm not sad that I stayed here it's pretty awesome.

Staff is great check-in was so nice and easy. Young lady was incredibly congenial.

The room is dirty I found a fake long fingernail at the foot of my bed, food on the floor that my dog was eating like seeds and pits from fruit. And some thing I see with the most of these La Quinta‘s is a terrible fitness center. Do y’all understand that it looks like you just kind of made it the last thing on your priority list? It’s a joke. There’s old rusted equipment that’s looks second hand me down type equipment. There’s no free weights. There are people that actually like to exercise living in this country and this clearly explains the obesity problem. This might as will just be an extra room so you can make money off of it instead. go hard or go home with this one.

Location was great; suite was quite comfy better than some of the 4 star hotels we've stayed in for about 1/3 of the price. Front desk staff extremely friendly and customer oriented.

Breakfast lacked quite a bit. Little to no fresh fruit; unimaginative choices, ran out of plates (wish they would do away with the styrofoam) don't have a good system for refilling coffee (have to take the air pot from the serving station to the back to make more)

The staff was great, the room large and quiet (ours was in the side away from the freeway which we had requested). We went to the pool in the afternoon and it was very nice. The entry railing to the pool needs to be repaired, as it is not secure and could be a fall risk.

The eggs on the breakfast were not cooked properly and there could be fresh fruit offered.

From the friendly staff to clean beds and room, La Quinta surprised me by exceeding my expectations. It was close enough to downtown and nearby attractions. Our bedroom smelled of fresh linen and the building was clean. Breakfast was offered in the morning. I'd say they have the best hotel coffee ever! Lol good job picking the right company to serve coffee.

Breakfast could have included more protein options like bacon and sausage.

a few cleanliness issues in my room such as old press on fingernails found, numerous pits from fruit previously eaten by guests found around bed, candy found on floor and eaten by dog . Fitness center is unacceptable and lack luster. Get some free weights please or a weight set/rack, it would change the entire vibe and look/operate legit.

Everything at la Quinta just makes sense. Love the breakfast options. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed came in handy. The meeting room was used a few times. The outdoor space was great too. The parking spaces were wide. Love that the room had an iron and board in case I needed it.

La Quinta isn't a luxury hotel and I don't think they want to be. However, improvements to linens and towels would be beneficial. A large TV with more channels would be nice as well. Lastly, bathroom fixtures could be updated a little.
