Was a good breakfast, we were even settled a little earlier about 20 minutes into the hotel, it was very nice! You could come to the ground floor and always take coffee or water with lemon. You could also use the pool. Conveniently from the metro, you can reach the hotel on foot. It is very convenient that next to the hotel in a 10-minute walk, there is Trader Joe's store.

Bed linen was torn. The towel was also some torn. In the room, the furniture was very old. I would like to update it as it was not very pleasant to touch anything. In the hotel, there was only one elevator that had to wait a long time.

Well just about all of it if you ask me. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. It’s really fine neighborhood with some beautiful homes and gardens. It’s walking distance to retail and restaurants. I liked that your facility has an exercise room.

Not sure about that. Running a hotel ain’t easy and meeting the demand for value is critical to profit from the endeavor. Though I understand the rigor for business, I’d be hard pressed to evaluate the comforts your facility affords. However, I recommend you replace the antiquated weight machine in the workout room and you might consider a mat to do stretches

Property was clean, well kept and in a good location. Room was cute, I liked the way they are setup such as the layout and the desk and such. Ac worked great.we got the end of breakfast but the bacon and toast was good. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy.

Same thing I don’t like about most hotel, which are the beds. They aren’t ever comfortable although I will say that the beds here aren’t as bad as some other places I’ve stayed at.

The room was cleaned and big enough for three persons. Microwave and fridge available, bathroom very clean. Breakfast with all the essentials. The pool is good, I saw cleaners doing their job every day. 15 minutes driving to downtown. Avalaible parking free of charge.

Rooms service ( food&beverages) is available throught another company ad we had several issues with our credit cards which were been temporarily blocked by our bank for suspecting a frode. Probably they don't have good security certificates. Dryer in the guest laundry didn't work so well.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was functional and nice. The facilities were better than I anticipated.

The location wasn't ideal, at least for a person without a car. The walk to the nearest train station isn't very long but it was uncomfortable because of the homeless people under the bridge and the fact that the area is not optimal from a pedestrian's viewpoint. The breakfast was very American (with Texas shaped woffles!). Than can be a pro or a con. I would have hoped for more fresh things.

I stay here at least once a month for at least 3 to 4 days a month and they’re always really good to me. Location is good it’s near everywhere. I need to be , good price, Good value, clean rooms. Great parking.

The Overnight crew at the front desk can be a bit of a mess were charged me the best they never get my reservation right if I check in late. They’re very unfamiliar with the policies and make up things on the spot that I know aren’t true. The gym needs weights and more equipment. Just invest in a couple things, weight rack or something please please please!

The bed is super comfortable and the room is nice and clean and the TV worked which is always a plus. It's right next to a whole bunch of restaurants and stuff that are pretty close by walking distance and I honestly don't really like driving around in Dallas so that is a plus. The staff was super nice I mean I was pretty much in and out but the staff was nice they welcome to me and my dogs so it was really cool.

The only thing that I would say is if you're looking for a hotel that is right off of the 20 if you're on your way East from West this is not the one for you I had to drive all the way up to North Dallas and there's this like crazy web of intertwined interstate and expressways that was a little stressful because I don't live anywhere that's like that. But I'm not sad that I stayed here it's pretty awesome.

The place was clean and had nice decor. It was private and felt safe staying there.

Needed a sign that faced and showed to the drivers on the highway . I had to drive past the hotel to see the sign on the front of the building to know it was the hotel and go back around to the intersection and up and around. Signs on the side of building would help customers to see you better while driving.

The majority of the staff was nice to me, both the check in ad check out were fast and easy. There was a good variety of breakfast for picky eaters and the place was very clean. No bugs and the location was pretty good.Also i was a solo travel female and i didn’t feel uncomfortable at any moment. Very safe everything

i stayed two nights and i didn’t get my room cleaned.

The dove soap was too too little. Only good to wash your face. Me and my friends had their own rooms too an they said the same thing. Get some big bottle of dove body wash , lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. That had a pump. I'm glad we all brought body wash. Thanks ❤️
