The restaurant on site was great! Ashley served us and she was amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located in downtown so it’s easy to get to everything. There are even a few delicious cafes/coffee shops that are walkable from the hotel. It can get a little noisy outside at night but that’s to be expected in the city. The hotel itself was very peaceful, clean, and beautifully appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

I wish there had been a microwave in the room.

Maybe the valet parking is very expensive but I am not sure how much do their competitors charge so they might be at the market rate. Either way it costs $36.00 per night and that's the only option available. Also it only working until midnight so if you need your car after midnight you won't get it.

The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. ALL of the staff was amazing and very Very helpful. The location was convenient to attractions downtown and plenty of resturant choices. The hotel resturant was also very nice and the food was amazing. The price for our stay was great as well. Rooms were very clean!

When we checked in, I was given a room with double beds near the elevator. My room was supposed to be a King. Staff was able to fix quickly but the room shared a wall with the elevator...of which you could hear bumping and screeching in the restroom all night; as well as people on it when it stopped on our floor. The record player in our room only worked for the bluetooth so we missed listening to the records in the room. I was also accidently billed for items I did not get. Again staff was amazing and got it all ironed out so over all the stay was great and I would come again...even with staying in the same room.

Proximity to central downtown Dallas area. Lovely restaurant. Comfortable spacious accommodation.Helpful staff.A huge thanks to the helpful staff member ..door person...who used her uber account (which we reimbursed her ) to get us to the airport after 3 failed attempts to have a taxi arrive.

Only one chair to sit in, in a large room designed for 2 people. Would've been good to sit and talk or both watch television.

My wife and I stayed at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Dallas 9/3-9/5. Nice little weekend getaway, we stayed on the 21st floor in a room with a king bed which was very comfortable. We had plenty of room, the bathroom was nice and the shower had great water pressure. We took Ubers most of the time we stayed there,lots of great restaurants near by. Valet was good and always had our car ready when we needed it. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was an awesome place to stay 10/10.

The air filter was nasty and the remote batteries needed to be changed.

We arrived about 1.5 hours before the check-in time. My partner and I were exhausted from our flight and the staff was kind enough to grant our request as there was a room available. The location was great, close to many parking facilities and major freeways in Dallas.

The lighting could've been a little better, especially at night. A door inside our room connects to the room next to us, which we didn't expect was unusual. At times there was a loud noise coming from the next room through that door; eventually, the noise stopped. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, as I was there to attend a concert at The Majestic Theatre next door. Restaurants that evening were very close. The valet service was swift and professional. My bed was comfortable and quiet and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

By accidentally turning off the Master switch to the room, I turned of the air conditioning. The next morning, I turning the Mater switch back on and also the TV, but I could not get the TV to work. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up to help me, so I held off jumping into the shower. That's when I discovered that the coffee maker didn't work. Apparently, a previous guest had the same problem, because there was old water in the reservoir. The way the coffee maker cord went to an outlet behind the refrigerator, I couldn't see if it was unplugged. The handyperson never showed, so I checked out of the Cambria and started the 2 hour drive home without getting my morning TV fix, coffee or shower. The lobby did have coffee for my departure.

We loved the old, historic building in the heart of downtown. The building has wonderful character.

When reserving, I requested a high floor - they totally ignored my request and parked us on a very low floor. I don't think they even look at special request. Cambria ran a much better ship.

Overall loved the ambiance of the hotel. Gives me old fashion vibes but modern at the same time. Check in and out was smooth. When checking in the lady was very informative and knowledgeable of the hotel which was helpful. Views were decent and location close to restaurants. Key card needed to use elevator which was nice. I loved the fact that the hotel texted every morning to see if I needed anything as far as housekeeping.

A few cons about this hotel I was not a fan of were the people hanging around the main entrance of the hotel or valet. At night it didn’t make me feel secure. Also there seemed to be a lot of young crowds making the hotel a bit noisy and less classy. There was literally what looked like teenagers riding around on motorized scooters in the hotel lobby and elevator. I was not a fan of my room being right by an elevator. Lastly this hotel seems to be at the very beginning of the city so get used to hearing a lot burnouts in the middle of the night.
