The facilities are nice and new. I like the big bed. Rooms are reasonably clean. Staff is pretty nice.
I had to request to change rooms 3 times in a row on 1 night. First time, they did not give me a room with bathtub while my reservation said there should be a tub. Second time, there was leftover food in the fridge. Third time, I saw the bed was not made when I stepped in (?!) The front desk staff was nice and offer me complimentary breakfast for it, but that was a messy experience that I would rather avoid from the beginning. I like the hotel in general but would consider booking somewhere else if I travel to Dallas again.

Staff was amazing! Allie was great at the front desk and Zoe was a great server in the restaurant. Everything was clean, worked well and was up to date. Good location next to the Galleria but outside downtown Dallas about 10 minutes away.
For 125.00 a night, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room and free breakfast but we also understand everything is more expensive due to the pandemic.

The cleanliness and location.
That you have to pay extra for breakfast. We did pay the first morning for the buffet breakfast but didn’t feel it was worth the price. For the cost of the room they could at least include breakfast. Also you have to pay $12 night for parking but it’s not even covered, so that was a bit of a ripoff.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, it was enjoyable. I liked my room and the view! I liked the fact that they had dinner available at a later time.
The TV would randomly turn off. It only happened twice. The second time I think was due to the weather. But I’m not sure about the first time

The hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff are excellent. The room was large, the bed was comfy, it had a good gym, and breakfast was very good.
No complaints. The pool was rather small for a hotel of that size and caliber.

This was our 3rd time staying at this sherton, and we just love it. A bar, restaurant, and the rooms are clean and comfy.
I didn't like that we had to pay 50 bucks to park for three days in an unsecured parking lot.
