Everything went smoothly, from check-in, to getting into our room, to getting breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, the staff was courteous and helpful. All amenities worked well (except for accessing the side door closest to our room with our key card). The location of this hotel was just perfect. Minutes from everything I needed.

The side door closest to our room wouldn't open using our key card throughout our entire stay. We had to walk to a different side door, but looking out of our window, we saw other guests get access to the door closest to our room with their key card. It was really inconvenient at nighttime.

The hotel is located in a great area. You can step right outside and walk to several near by choices of food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was typical with the usual fare of eggs, bacon, fruits, coffee, juice etc...good for a quick morning bite. For the price it is a fair deal.

Not much bad to say. If I were to nitpick I'd say the overall facility is not a new structure. It is up to date and well maintained. Just nothing fancy.

Wife and I have stayed here numerous times but the last time was over a year ago. It has really changed since then. I understand COVID but really. TheAC is cold the water hot and the bed is good just soft enough but not to soft or hard.

Sign says no cleaning staff on Saturday or Sunday. Your on your own. Grab and go breakfast is a muffin, banana and bottle of water. Everything and everybody else is pretty much opened up, not here. Stayed in another place last weekend and full staff full breakfast. They don’t even have coffee or juice. The only coffee is in your room with one of those crappy little one cup things that is terrible. Will really question whether we stay here again or not.

The staff that checked us in even though was friendly, could not show us where to find the elevator which was very hidden and painted with same color with the room doors.

The blankets are super think and the pillows are so old and deflated. 2 very old pillows. When I laid on them, my head was literally same level with the bed. Also, I am so glad that I had an extra blanket I brought with me, else I would have frozen due to the thinness of the blankets.

The breakfast was okay the location was great lot of attractions in the surrounding area great restaurants family friendly activities

only complaint was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable body is sore didn't really get a good night's sleep during the times I was sleeping but the overall experience was good

Notepad stationary in room would have been useful. A room security safe would be very useful.

Excellent breakfast with eggs and meat patties. Also variety of breakfast cereals, juice, bread, etc. Even had Belgian Waffle maker.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the location for where we needed to be for our stay in down. The pool with the spa was a bonus. Having an actual tub and not just a shower is a huge win!

Beds were a bit on the firm side. Didn't have the usual soft topping. A few more breakfast options would be nice.
