This is quite a new hotel and although it was near a freeway, we found food options within walking distance. It was also close to a DART station (once we figured out the short cuts) which saved a lot of money on Ubers. The room itself was quite spacious- we had 2 large suitcases plus hand luggage and did not feel cramped.

The room didn’t have an overhead central light and bed lamps were only on one side of the bed. The water pressure in the shower could be better also. When we asked for something for our room, we did have to ask several times- when we first arrived there were 3 pillows so we asked for a 4th. Got back from dinner and had to ask again. Went out the next morning and asked for fresh towels, came back in the afternoon and had to ask a second time.

Atmosphere of intellectual freedom of thought & conducive to the work I do under normal circumstances where inhuman treatment of others (myself and my beloved treasured precious feline companions who teach me so much and love learning like I do-/part of my being & feels like missing half my heart and my arms ache for them, technological terrorising abuse and threats I speakable 7 years no break unt now-ICU hospital diagnosed toxic poisoning and injury to kidney & several more diagnosed conditions cannot return first beginning future plan and search for resources I know of from former career in Women's Healing & Recovery program I actually wrote & grant proposal presented to Capital in Austin myself to open. Awarded we started with 5 women and operated 3 to 4 years when I left to pursue higher education degree finish & Writing free lance scary uncertain endeavours ) my mind healed & legs & balance healing progress amazes me since booked & staying here. Academic inspiration is so so wonderful and I am inspired to create a life of dreams I never thought to have until being regarded as though I have no significant impact, and the interaction with any other as if I have no longer any attractive quality in any way through the eyes of those who have repeatedly attacked my spirit, it's all I have been filled with for verbal human interaction And this NEVER experienced, no lifestyle such as to draw it to me, no human history even hearing about such a prison, taken captive right out in open air, themed computer systems, false information circulated as an actual coy or rendering case file-seeming authentic but is not-for my Protected Healthcare record.

No bathtub

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was very large and spacious.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfasts. No regular coffee - the container was taken away to be filled we thought but then never returned while we ate. The only real issue we had was with Booking.com as the information about Valet parking was not real visible when we where doing our research on places to stay. I found it after the fact under the policies. It would have been best to have this included on what the hotel will charge when you arrive section. We aren't frequent travelers and this was disappointing using the website to not have all information up front.

they couldn’t find my reservation. They had it under the wrong date. I had my booking.com confirmation so I had proof that I was there when I was supposed to be

The hotel was well maintained and has friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. If you do not have a car there are number of places to eat within waling distance and it is only about 20-30 minute walk to downtown.

When checking in ask for a room not facing the highway as the noise is consent day and night. There are ear plugs and a white noise generator in the rooms that help but it can still be hard to fall asleep at night.

The common area in the lobby was great. A lot of comfortable conversation areas, pool table, board games, etc. The rooftop bar area was beautiful. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. The Staff was very helpful in directing us to great restaurants.

We were put in an "accessible" room. It was extremely spacious with minimal furniture. (I would imagine to be able to accommodate a wheelchair) There were two adults in the room and only one chair. Another one was delivered when we requested it.

Everyone was very friendly. We liked all of the colorful artwork and different seating areas. We liked that it had board games and magazines. It smelt great at all times. It has a great roof top view.

Housekeeping had to come change the sheets after we checked in. Maybe the shades should be opened while cleaning the rooms. We could hear the highway noise all night long. I didn't like the fact that some of the staff was arguing with management about their assignments during the Friday night roof top party. We were on vacation and we didn't need any stress.

The breakfast was great!! I wish there were more options for vegetarians though. The omlette had meat in it which I wasn’t expecting. Since there’s bacon on the side, I hoped that there wasn’t any meat in the omelette. Overall I’m still pleased, but I recognize there may be people that are more picky than me.

The elevators were not working which was frustrating. Luckily I didn’t have much luggage and it wasn’t a huge problem.

Room was cleaned land staff assisted with a room change request.

I asked for towels and did not get any. There was an older gentleman who when I returned from an outing seemed to scold my group about where we were staying. I don’t mind for safety purposes but this was middle of the day and I showed him my key. Maybe not a great idea to ask everyone repeatedly where they are going or what they are doing. This was a bit annoying tbh

Its in a nice area with a good view. The front desk employee was fantastic. He was fun to talk to and made us feel welcome, he was very personable. Exceptional employee. The rooms are also very nice and clean.

Valet parking is the only parking. Im a little weird with people having possession of my things, i wish there was an option to self park. This hotel is really nice and the price was worth it, but i wasn't accounting for the extra $40 a night it cost for my boyfriends and my own car to sit in a parking lot overnight. Had i known i might have gone to a different hotel. One of my keychains was also broken and on the floor of my drivers side so I was pretty bummed about that as well.
