I loved the location, the Lobby Manager was very warm and welcoming, and the Apartment was a magnificent dream come true!!!

The Arrival Instructions was a bit confusing, and almost like a Scavenger Hunt LOL. BUT, once you realize if there are No Spots in the Entry Lot: Just park with you Hazard Lights, and go in the Lobby then to the Keycafe in the Mailroom. You'll be good to go to get back in your vehicle & turn directly right, raise your Parking Pass up, and the Gate will be signaled to Open Forward not backwards. Lastly, just park in any of the Reserved - Locale Guest Parking spots thereafter. And then you be at perfect peace to enjoy your stay.

Fantastic apartment Well equipped. High floor, great views of the city Big TV Washer / dryer Would be a fantastic spot if going the American Airlines center, unfortunately NOTHING was on during my stay. Parking easy and secure. Concierge helpful. Coffee shop really good and well priced (discount for locale)

It’s pretty noisy…. By the freeway and train. Didn’t bother me much but could. Entry is easy enough, but a bit of a list to go through. It’s not local to much other than the American airlines Center, so not too many bars and restaurants close by.

the apartment is perfect: very comfortable and clean. the pool area is stunning and very peaceful. the staff is friendly and always available to help you. the location is nice, there are a few bars and restaurants nearby but you can also reach downtown Dallas easily

even though our apartment was on the 24th floor, there was some noise from the nearby highway at night. for us it was not a problem but it can be annoying

Once check in time arrived, there was a Guild representative in the lobby, handed the keys and gave some instructions for parking. He was extremely courteous and communicated details of the property well.

Because this is a very private and exclusive downtown residential building, parking is a challenge. We arrived early hoping to get in our room a little early (getting ready for a wedding) and the room was ready right at 4pm check in time. There was no place to park/wait prior to check in (when we were given our parking pass). Parking for the time of stay was great, but some better pre check in procedure would be nice.

Very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the view of the city from my room. And, the café was very convenient. The coffee and the pastries were very good.

Supposedly, there was a restriction on smoking, but on several occasions, I noticed that the renters or tenants above me, smoked out in the balcony. It didn’t really bother me, but I was not sure how much the restriction is enforced. Also, it seemed that the residence frowned upon vacationers renting some of the units.

As others have said it's right by the freeway so if you're bothered by the humdrum of cars at night then not the room for you. The flat is huge and the amenities are great however.

The dishwasher wasn't properly clean and there was a lemon/like starting to go off in the dishwasher filter.

Close to attractions and beautiful views.

I struggled with the check-in process. My fault, I missed the step-by-step (complete with pictures) guide sent. Staff however was incredibly helpful in getting the key and parking.

The cafe downstairs. The young girl who served us didn't smile, didn't say hello. And the food and coffee was sub-par. Had my experience been positive, I would have enjoyed breakfast there every day.

The location was great. We didn’t use the pool because the trip was short but loved having the option. The apartment was cute and neat.

The walls could use some painting, my daughters felt the couch bed was too hard and the faucet in the tub needs to be fixed.

The location was fabulous, I came for a concert and the venue was a 8 minute walk. The property was beautiful and super clean. The view was Amazing, although I decided not to stay the night, the experience was amazing.

The water pressure in the shower was super low.
