It was clean, spacious, large tv, curtain divider, stocked kitchen, nice breakfast, tea/coffee bar was available all day. Great location, near a lot of places to eat and a shopping strip.

Our room microwave was broken, so we had to go to the lobby. They did offer to fix it, but we declined as we were checking out the next day. There was a gas smell in the pool area where all of the dryers vented. The night receptionist wasn’t the friendliest or most patient person, especially compared to the other staff we encountered. I do not hear very well and she was visibly annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. Not a deal breaker, but I was glad another review mentioned that there was no conditioner in the shower.

I loved the open space and design of Home2. Receptionists and employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. The room itself was spacious and felt modern. I also appreciated complimentary breakfast options.

I didn’t really need the full home suite experience so had I known Tru was connected to the same building, I would’ve booked with them for a slightly less expensive option. I did not grab anything from the breakfast except for a small carton of milk. I was in a rush to leave but was also not appealed to the hot options, like the eggs. I understand the serving style is partially because of Covid-19. My room also felt slightly humid. I let the AC run a bit and that helped but because the unit is closest to the windows, parts of the room farther away from the AC felt like there was not great circulation.

The staff were willing to help with anything you needed. We were hoping our room would have stove and it didn't. However,the staff gave us a hot plate and extra pots and pans. It was so helpful. Everything was super clean which was nice when your traveling with little children

I wish the room had extra pillows. Not that we didn't have pillows, but they deflated a bit, and extra would have been nice for us who like really fluffy pillows.

The friendliness of the entire staff. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to house keeping and checking out everyone was awesome. The hotel room was very clean, the hotel itself was very clean. Would highly recommend Home 2 Suites By Hilton to family and friends. I definitely would return back if I come to Dallas.

Location was Amazing!!! The breakfast was good the Room was spacious. Close to everything. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff also very helpful with what ever we needed. Corina was the housekeeper who help a lot in what ever we needed. I will come back to stay there with my family again.

The comfort of the hotel, the space of the room, the convenience of the location, and the outside pool, although the rails need to be repaired (loose)

The taste of the eggs and potatoes; eggs did not taste like real eggs.

The rooms so were so well thought out and had everything we needed. The big fridge was super helpful! The beds were comfortable and the spaces downstairs and outside were perfect.

The breakfast was ok? And the elevator was out several times but they took care of it as quickly as they could.

Great hotel but staff members could be better.

Female staff member didn’t treated us as she should. One night she called the police because we were at the lobby. Police told us that we could be at the lobby because she said we were laud, that’s how our tone of voice is as Puerto Ricans.

I understand about covid but I think housekeeping can still check to see if you need any toiletries even it the customer doesn't request service. They should still check to see if they are ok.
