The motel room was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator and TV actually worked. I’ve had issues with electronics not working in other hotels. We had a room that was set up for the disabled because of my issues and I was very comfortable. The only thing I can really complain about is there needs to be at least one dresser in the room to put clothes in and some type of cabinet in the bathroom to store things. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but we didn’t even drink coffee the entire trip. So, no problem with that. We ended up leaving a day early because two out of the three of us ended up getting sick, and I was extremely surprised when I received a refund for that day. The best part of the trip was every place we went was really close, including my son’s house. One more thing. With the motel being close to major roads, it was pretty quiet. If I’m ever in the DFW area again and I need somewhere to stay, I will stay at this motel.

Wow The guy of the front desk he was really amazing I liked him a lot . Very helpful very nice . He helped me with someplace paper work that I asked him for help . I don’t know his name but he is Hispanic he was wonderful

I didn't like that they did not have a do not disturb sign to hang on your door so housekeeping knows not to bother you I do work overnight and that was my only issue

The manager is one of the best managers and a motel I have experienced the staff here is really nice and always helpful and willing to go the extra mile and they're very friendly it's like home away from home

It's by a freeway so I would suggest that you stay in the room's facing the north so you don't hear the traffic or the loud trucks with that loud pipes accelerating to get on the freeway that's the only thing

Miguel was very helpful. We had booked a smaller room and did not like it. It was too small for someone as big as my husband. I asked about upgrading and he handled our upgrade. No one bothered us during our stay.

The traffic outside was loud and constant.

Room is clean and the property is quiet at night.

My room is right off the highway, and sometimes the car noise wakes me when someone decides to go super fast and rev their engine.

Only thing that was absolutely perfect about this room was the TV had a black thick line running down the middle of the screen. Other than that our stay was amazing

it was available to book when the airport was cancelling hundreds of flights? the Front Desk Assistant, Roger couldn’t have been more helpful to a stranded traveller

The surrounding area was a bit rough, but I got what I paid for. outside walkways could have done with being gritted.

The beds were super comfortable, close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do and very easy access to DFW airport.

The staff took great care of my family during our stay. They provided great customer service, answered the front desk calls immediately and made it a great stay.

The hotel experienced a water problem leaving the hotel without hot water for a period of time.
