Loved just about everything! No noise, no late night noisemakers all on all peaceful and clean.

the pool! it was one of the deciding factors only to get there and it wasn’t clean.

I like that the hotel was close by to where I was going to be at. Inn be liked that for the price it was very clean, nice, and beds were comfortable. Upon making the reservation I was iffy to stay at this location due to the price difference from a major hotel. I got the best bang for my buck.

They still having no breakfast for guest. They still have Covid-19 protocol but every other hotel serves some type of to go bag or actual breakfast.

Good but not enough options

The microwave wasn’t plugged in or in a area to be plugged in better access would have made it easier

When I checked in and started walking to my room I saw tore up walls that kind of threw me off thinking I booked a low end hotel. But I guess they have some damage from snowpocolypse that they are trying to recover from. The room was large and very updated. I will have to return in the summer because there were sliding doors that opened to the pool area. Overall 10/10 would return. I checked in solo and the lady was courteous to write my room number down instead of saying it aloud. Which I thought was so great of her for solo female travelers.

I only stayed a day so I didn’t see anything that I didn’t like. It was a nice location for the area. From what I saw nothing really to do around the direct location. But everything was a good 10-15 min drive

We liked the atmosphere of everything, the comfort of the beds, quiet and peacefulness of our entire stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was superb....

Breakfast wasn't served, the food area close and they struggled to let people sit in the area. The pool was also partially closed....

A young man named Hassan checked me in. He offered me a mask and two keys. I accidentally locked them in room and he happily replaced with new card. Shortly into our stay there was a tornado warning. He showed us where we could wait it out in laundry and even offered chairs! Over and above friendly service! Beds and pillows super comfy ! Love Sonesta!

They have clean rooms and comfortable beds.

What I didn't like that they didn't have breakfast and they had a an area that they can serve breakfast.

I loved the cozy rooms, the beds were great, and it was a safe environment for my kids and I.

The bathrooms and tubs weren't that great, but the stuff was helpful in meeting my requests and needs.
