Would stay here again. 15 minutes to the Stockyards. Easy commute to dallas or downtown ft Worth. Easy access to dining options. Room was spacious for our group of 5. Beds were comfortable and clean. Cleaning crew was on top of it during our stay - switched to fresh towels each morning within 20 minutes of exciting the room (we were in the main floor). Breakfast was great each morning - oatmeal with several toppings available, either bacon or smoked sausage each morning; 2 waffle machines; yogurts, packaged muffins or bagels, boiled eggs and scrambled or cheese eggs each morning. Friendly staff. Clean facility. The convenience shop was well stocked with variety of beverages, ice cream, and microwave meals. .

Very nice facility. Quiet area. They have an indoor pool. If they did anything - an outdoor pool with fenced area would be nice but that's the only thing I can think of that would make it better.

Very helpful staff on the front desk, both night and day. All staff were pleasant and very polite. We would have liked to have used the pool but it was out of service with chemical issues. The lady on the front desk asked the sister hotel next door if they would allow my 6yr old daughter to use their pool. They agreed. (Once there, we were made to feel like we weren’t wanted, by them. We left the pool feeling a bit embarrassed.) but nothing to do with the Hamptons staff. Great breakfast choice and the hotel was presented wonderfully.

It’s just a shame the pool was out of service in 100 degree heat.

coffee containers which were available during the day were not really hot! Luke warm would be a better description. Also when getting a cup of coffee late in the day, there were chunks of black residue from the coffee container not being cleaned properly.

The staff was great and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was fine for where we needed to be. We were provided with bottled water when we arrived, which was nice.

The bed was super uncomfortable to me since I have back problems.

Super clean and nice, comfortable beds, the lady at the front desk was awesome, the receipt shows her last name was Thompson, I made an error on dates and she got it fixed, she was so nice and understanding. Breakfast was great, two waffle machines, eggs, breakfast meat, juice, cereal, oatmeal bar, anything you could want. Rooms were cleaned every day of our four night stay.

Water pressure for the shower wasn't great, but I've never been to a hotel were it was great.

The staff was real friendly and welcoming. The room was awesome and perfect size for a suite. The pool and spa was awesome. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back.

clean, accessible room. Handicap accommodations were very good. Location easily accessible without being on the expressway.

Breakfast was good. Maybe drain the bacon before serving. It was 98 degrees, but the pool was closed. We would have liked to use it.

The bed & pillows were not very comfortable. Our light behind the mirror wasn’t very good. Bad lighting in bathroom.

This was the perfect location for us. The breakfast was great. They had the friendliest staff. Everyone was so pleasant. The room was very comfortable. Large size, nice layout. We enjoyed the amenities in the room and that were available to us.

The pool was very cold and the hot tub was broken. The room is in need of a good refresh/ deep clean.
