Spacious room, very reasonable fee ($25) for having a dog, good breakfast. Based on some negative reviews I wasn't sure about staying here but it was perfectly fine, clean, and quiet. Our room was bigger than I expected (a deluxe king room.)

The alarm clock next to my bed went off at 4 a.m. (I didn't set it. or think to make sure it wasn't on.) Might be something the cleaners could check when they do a room. Also there's no need to have the air conditioner set so low prior to someone's arrival, it was set at a chilly 65 degrees when checked in. Pleasant lobby area.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool was also nice and relaxing.

The bathroom doors in the room were kind of odd in closing. Not such a big deal just wanted to point it out for privacy reasons. Every once in a while the odor of marijuana was in the air. I remember another hotel we stayed at installed smoke detector strips and if they changed color because of cigarettes' and or marijuana, they would charge you an automatic 300 for violating the no smoking hotel rule. Something to think about!!

The beds were comfortable and the shower had good power and heat. The size of the room was fantastic and the noise from the highway was virtually non-existent. I enjoyed making a Texas shaped waffle for breakfast and the sausage and eggs were also tasty. I accidentally left an item of clothing in the wardrobe and the desk staff were extremely helpful in locating it and getting it back to me.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

I liked the hotel it was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. Overall the stay was good. 👍

The elevator one issue. It looked old and dirty and out of place in the nice hotel. The room they put is in was a diable accesable room and the shower was difficult to turn on. It had two shower heads and we had to keep turning knows until it finally turned the main shower head on. Other than that the rooms were good.

*Fast easy convenient check in /out *staff was incredibly friendly *Breakfast was great but staying long periods of time there was no variety, it was the same every day.

At check in I was charged $25 a day for my pet and we stayed multiple days , when the hotel policy clear states I would only be charged a max amount of $75 per stay.

The lady with glasses in front took my deposit but made it sound like I was planning on wrecking the room she was a bit rude when she said it I mean did I look like I was in a band or something or maybe cause I'm Mexican either way everything was perfect but treated rudely when I checked in

It’s in a very convenient spot. We weren’t too far from the mall or Dickies stadium. The building is nice on the inside. The room was very spacious and cozy. The staff were kind and very helpful.

The locked doors for outside are a bit temperamental with the key cards, but worked when it mattered. The bathroom shower was not completely clean.

I forgot clothes in my room, can’t even get an answer if they are there or not. Much less how to get them returned. Impossible to get anyone on the phone to help answer these questions. ***EDIT*** Once I spoke to management (Liz), she went above and beyond my expectations to ship my belongings back. Even went as far to explain the most cost effective way for me to do it. I did change my rating up, as I feel I may have jumped the gun on my post, however I feel some type of protocol should be set for communication to customers and for answering phones.

I loved the lobby, and the front desk employee was wonderful! The room was quaint and I liked the ambience.

My only complaint was the noise level...very very thin walls. We could hear a fight in another room early in the morning, and I had a little trouble falling asleep because of talking outside of our room. I realize this is pretty much out of the hotel's control!

everything was fantastic the people where super nice the breakfest was great and had quite the options to choose from.

the only issue i had was the pool was a little too warm. probably around 90 degrees. i know they really cannot help that though we are in tx and i as well am a texan
