This hotel is the perfect midway stop for what is becoming a regular trip to south Texas. I stayed this trip after a previous stay was successful. My primary reason for booking was the indoor pool but I did not use it this trip since I got in late. On my return trip, I stayed at it again and expect we will continue to use this facility. Thanks again.

previously, the pool was a bit chilly, so a couple more degrees would help with this. I purposely book this hotel for the indoor pool as my arthritis means that I am no longer able to run on land and water jogging/running is necessary.

Bad need of total remodel. In all common areas. And rooms. 2 inch gap under my door in Room 415. Room smelled unclean. The Staff was very very friendly and accommodating. They just don't have much to work with. Check in is a tiny area that looks like an after thought. ,hall ways very small. Elevator creaks and viberates. Not a good experience. Nothing like I'm used to with Hilton or Hampton inn.

The property itself was pretty nice and and clean but the best part was the wonderful staff! Charlie was so friendly and accommodating and a great person all around to have at the front desk! And when we had an issue in the room the staff quickly notified the GM Brenda and she remedied it promptly. Will def stay again when I am back in Ft Worth

The ac in the room kept going out

Originally it was just my sister and myself but my senior dog had surgery and his sitter fell through. I was so worried but the staff was so kind and it was a non issue. He was able to add the pet fee and even got us a room near the elevator for easy carry of my dog who can't walk for more than a few feet at the moment. Very happy And my dog was really comfortable too. Slept on his pet bed all night which he hasn't done since his surgery! The breakfast was delicious too! Plenty of variety and the egg omelet thing was soo yummy. The staff is also really friendly.

The staff members were friendly, polite and welcoming. From the guy that checked us in, to the ladies that were there at check-out. Even the lady mopping the front lobby was happy and smiling. The rooms were nice and were clean - didn't have the overpowering cleaning smell that some hotels have, it smelled and looked very nice. The lobby is large accommodating space for guests use that has napkins, plates, cutlery, seating and tables. The pool, we didn't use but it is right there and looked nice. It is right next to the Hulen Mall - literally a short walk away.

Not too much to say, our stay was great. The only thing I can think of, is the drain was a bit slow and took some time to empty the water in the tub. Not too outputting though.

The staff was very friendly, comfy beds, clean room, and breakfast was good.

If I had to pick something, our only complaint was the sausage was not good. Everything else was great.

There was no dark curtain over the window in my room, only a see-through curtain that let the outside light in. My room was on the front parking lot side of the hotel and there were bright lights illuminating the parking lot . . . and my room. Made it difficult to sleep at night.

Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

We always had to bring our towels and wash cloths up front to get fresh towels.

Everything… location, cleanliness, service, breakfast, pool even though it was cold. Charlie checked us in and was very polite. The ladies who served the breakfast were very friendly and sweet.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about staying here.

A very nice and clean hotel, very conveniently located near several great restaurants in a very nice area. The bed was amazing! Would sty again for sure.
