Room was VERY comfortable, with a beautiful view of downtown Ft. Worth from a distance. The bed was fantastic. We didn't use it, but it has a very well stocked bar and great snacks (tempting) in the room. The pool was great, and the outdoor staff (especially Emma) were fantastic! The room-service breakfast was amazing. The gentleman serving was professional, personable, and he delivered it in a very timely manner. If you have the money, this place is well worth it!!

Let me start by saying, if you have the coin, these aren't negatives. The price for the single room seemed high (almost $500 with taxes and fees). I guess that is not unusual today but I still don't like it. The price for the items on the breakfast were not bad ($21 for an entree, and $9 for extra eggs to share). There was no price on the OJ, but it was a huge glass of freshly squeezed OJ. When I saw the bill though, either the OJ price was also huge, or there are delivery fees I didn't see, because the bill was over $50. Over $60 with tip for 4 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, bread for one, potatoes, and OJ seems quite high. But it was REALLY good!

The hotel is stunning! Room beautiful, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Valet excellent. One waiter in the restaurant was very attentive and friendly. Made our mornings extra special while dining for breakfast. Bartenders very friendly.

Front desk wasn’t always friendly when asking questions. We had one bad experience at the restaurant. Rude waitress. Not our normal waiter. My husband was given the wrong breakfast. Waitress had an attitude and didn’t offer a replacement breakfast. Our room accommodations were beautiful and comfy however dusty in the closet and coffee bar. For the price we paid to stay there you’d expect perfection.

The staff is incredible! The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and homey- so many areas for our family to gather. Beautiful Christmas decor. Beautiful interior design- so creative and tasteful weaving in the history of the Stockyard and the Texas culture. We gathered for our son’s wedding, and many of our guests plan to return for another visit. The staff handled the crowd beautifully- Elijah was amazing. The valets/greeters were fun and accommodating- seamlessly took care of car/luggage details during our hectic celebration weekend.

We didn’t think to make a breakfast reservation, but the staff helped us out. That may have been included in our check in information- we missed it. We did make a dinner reservation ahead. All the food is exceptional.

Excellent hotel in Fort Worth. There is also a very good restaurant and a beautiful garden with pool. We were there just in time for the solar eclipse and were able to watch the spectacle very well from the garden. The hotel concierge also did a great job.

Unfortunately, the room was not very large for this price category and a neighboring room was only separated by a wooden door. This meant that you could hear the guests from the neighboring room all the time.

We loved It!!! The design is impeccable. The furniture is top notch, I was blown away. We had such an amazing time in the backyard and in the pool. Fair prices at the bar. The absolute best choice to enjoy the stockyards.

The fitness center could be better equipped. Maybe more hooks in the Room for towels and such would be good.

The valet and front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was with my one year old so they gave us a first floor room and I didn’t have to ask. Love the decor. The stocked mini bar is awesome. The signature scent throughout hotel is lovely. We enjoyed food at restaurant 97 West. Would definitely go back.

Rooms are a little small. Beds are just ok. Thermostat in room kept lighting up all thru night which was disturbing

The dinner we had was spectacular. I had mahi mahi which you wouldn't normally order at a steak-oriented restaurant in Ft Worth, but it was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were delicious. My partner had steak, and he said it was the best he ever tasted.

Everything was fabulous. There is nothing I would change.

The check in staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bellman was exceptionally nice and helpful. The accommodations were extremely nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Our server was Larry and we enjoyed him. The hotel is pricey but we enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Very relaxing, clean, and smells amazing!

I would only say I would change the price of mock tail drinks. Having them being almost the same price of alcoholic drinks was a little steep especially because it’s all served in small plastic cups with a lot of ice.

The customer service was phenomenal. We were met with a gracious staff that sent multiple text messages to check on us during the first few hours of our stay. We were celebrating our wedding day, after about 4 hours of being in our room room service knocked on the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.
