Staff and building were great. The room was large and clean and modern. There is no carpet and the only issue we had was other noisy guests in the halls. Their voices and the doors closing carried through the building. The continental breakfast was awesome. There were so many options. We were travelling with kids and were very thankful for a quality bite to eat before we left

Overall, we were really pleased with this hotel. The check-in was easy. The front desk staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! The room was cozy and comfortable. We had a very nice shower.

Hard floors. Rooms are so much quieter with carpet. This room was pretty loud. We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway, and adjacent rooms, and on the floor above us. Also, it would be nice to have a vent in the bathroom. It gets the humidity out after showers and decreases odor after bowel movements. These are just common courtesies when you are sharing a bathroom with other people.

Very clean and new. The location was great as well. Right off highway and near restaurants.

The computers were down so we did not have keys for our room. However, the associate was amazing and had our rooms unlocked faster than we could get to our rooms. Felt bad for the associate, but he did a wonderful job!

The hotel was conveniently located. The property was well kept along with clean rooms. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. This was my second stay at Tru at Fossil Creek and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Third time at Tru hotels but Fossil Creek was the best.

Hotel seemed new. Great location! Staff very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. I like the gym. Easy parking.

Bathroom floor was a little dirty, I noticed a little coffee or soda splattered on the bathroom wall. The shower had a little pink scum around the edges. The tv would loose signal at times. The walls are thin, so you could easily hear your neighbors, and people running up and down the hallways. The fridge in the room froze some of my drinks. These were little things that I notice, but over all we enjoyed our stay.

The lobby was very family friendly. My children loved to play with the foosball tables and my husband and I enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate that was available at any time. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. I liked that the room had laminate flooring instead of carpet.

There is a smell which I can not determine what..It;s not to bad but I noticed it the first time... not sure if it was the after smell of the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash that is lingering in the room

The room was very small. My husband and I had to take turns to get around the bed. And the noise from the freeway was not muffled at all. Every acceleration and backfire came in loud and clear.

Lovely overnight experience would definately stay again...actually was looking for Tru by Hilton in Houston, by didn't find one conviente for my up coming trip. Lovely hotel ...great breakfast set up.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quite clean. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided in the bathroom. The location was great, just off the freeway and quiet despite being so close to traffic.
