I did not like the $50 charge for “incidentals” that we may or may not receive back. there were no incidentals in the room except for 4 coffee pods and they’re sure not worth $50. There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. that’s the first time in any of my travels anywhere abroad or in the states, that we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper from a hotel. what would be the reasoning for that?! what’s the first thing one usually doesn’t once in the room after traveling a long distance? use. the. restroom. It was very annoying seeing NO toilet paper. Again, WHY?? The one elevator that was working “dropped” a foot while my husband was in it. Very scary.

Two employees were absolutely outstanding. Mira at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived before check in time, tired and dirty and a room wasn’t ready (which was fine, I was very early, 11:30), but she told me she would see what she could do and directed me to the restroom where I could freshen up for the graduation I was here for. By the time I came out of the bathroom and sat down to get a little work done, she was there saying my room was ready. I was able to drop my things off and get a quick power nap after a red eye flight and I was so grateful. This morning as I am checking out, I grabbed a cup of coffee and Alvin came out to tell me to eat up and I had to try a cinnamon roll (he was right, they were delicious) l. He told me he intentionally cleans up slowly so us late risers can get a little something. I only spoke to him briefly, but he radiated joy and intentionality. My room was meticulously clean and comfortable, so thank you to the housekeeping staff as well. I hope whoever reads this, will let their manager know how truly wonderful they are and I hope they get a probably much needed pay on the back. Last time I stayed in this area I didn’t stay at a holiday inn and it was not an enjoyable experience. From now on when I am visiting this area I will always stay here. This staff is great and the hotel is very well kept and clean. Thank you.

We never eat hotel breakfast just not very good quality , except for this place the breakfast was amazing smelled so good we had to try it was just as good as a restaurant, would definitely eat it again been staying here off and on for two years great place great staff…

The breakfast had great options and the staff were so friendly.

They were not cleaning rooms due to staffing shortages. Things around the hotel did not work. One elevator was down and the ice machine didn't work. (At least on our floor) our room had minor things that were broken. We just reported to them to be sure they didn't charge us for the issue. Other then that it was a great stay!

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, etc.

Not have the room cleaned unless you stay at least 5 days. Way too long. 2-3 days max on cleaning the room. The pool was really important due to kids having something to do. Found out after extending one day extra that the pool was closed due to ph balance of the water. I should have been offered some sort of compensation. The elevator needed to be cleaned and adjusted for service.

Breakfast was very good. Location for our purpose was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

missed not having pancakes/waffles for breakfast. Due to their COVID policy, there was no daily housekeeping service and if you wanted clean towels, you swapped them at the service desk. Also, if the trash cans needed to be emptied, you had to empty them yourself

Staff very friendly and welcoming (especially Elvin who went out of his way to give us breakfast). Soft bed linen.

The safe was not usable..Bathroom fittings loose. Some wall decorating was falling apatt., Bed too high for vertically challenge people. No daily housekeeping.

The hotel was clean the staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was really not good .Most of the food looked undercooked and the only edible option was cinnamon rolls .I would stay here again and be prepared to eat breakfast elsewhere .

My room was a very nice temperature cause it was cold outside. The beds were lovely I slept so good. The staff greeting each customer as they entered the building.

My bathroom floor was dirty but the front desk took care of that. Two young ladies came and mopped the area and were very apologetic to the situation.

receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was already on and room was nice and cool which was very refreshing on a 100+ degree day.

breakfast was a little disappointing. pancake machine wasn’t working so only eggs and sausage. still decey
