The property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean with a nice comfortable bed, microwave and small fridge. The room is spacious with a desk and chair and lounging chair. The shower was a walk in with plenty of room and has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a dispenser on the wall of the shower ( I didn’t use it I had my own) The bathroom had descent lightening and a body lotion dispenser on the wall also plenty of towels and a blow dryer. The small closet had hangers, iron and ironing board. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

What I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel,the customer service from the reception Trinity was awesome and Manny was awesome also.The restaurant was clean and the workers were nice and respectful and also the outside was clean and the elevator and the lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast was Awesome no complaints at all.Thank you Holiday Inn At Westchase I will definitely visit again

It wasn't nothing I didn't enjoy

very clean.restaurant was above average. Just stayed one nite the next morning my wife and I went down to eat breakfast and was greeted with hospitality by manager who was very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel.

I went down to take a swim in pool and I assumed the indoor pool was heated. I’m cold where I’m from so was hoping for heated pool. The gym could use some dumbbells and benches for light workout but I still enjoyed the cardio machines.

Clean hotel and very good location.

The indoor swimming pool was not working and nothing about this was mentioned prior to booking the hotel since this was a critical factor in my decision to book with this hotel.

Our room was spacious and quiet. We stayed multiple nights and our room was always clean and neat. When we needed extra towels, the front desk staff was more-than-accommodating. We plan to stay there again.

On our first stay there (we were in town for the rodeo and livestock show) one of our friends had their catalytic converter out of his truck while it was parked in the parking lot. More security may have been able to prevent that.

Lobby was under construction so only a grab and go breakfast available, we forgot to grab anything.

We had to enter the back due to construction. Took a minute to figure out which door to use and parking was a pain because their is so little in the back.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The location is great. Great customer service team.

There's was a bad odor on the 5th floor by elevator area. There must be a leak issues that they try to repair/clean up.

Loved the big comfy bed. Sheets were nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great!

They didn't have a channel guide for television. Our room didn't have an iron. They didn't have any USB outlets. As nice as this hotel is, you would think they would have these simple things.

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff there were also very nice. My only issue is, the room I reserved has two queen beds. The backboard for the beds was pelling off. The backboard looks like it's pleather and it was pelling off. It looks really bad. I'm not sure if all the rooms have the same problem. It's not a good look. However, it did not bother me enough to lower the rating and provide a negative rating.
