The property is smacked right in the middle of China town so plenary of yummy food options! it’s a well kept property, we stayed two nights for a wedding - having an ironing board etc came in handy for the function.

Bfast is extra ( but lots of yummy places around so we chose that) But they put our morning coffees out, wish we were informed that, we would have to have a cup early in the morning. Then the young asian lady who looked like the manager could have been courteous and pleasant. Did the job but nothing more than that. everyone else were too nice and pleasant

People are kind, food was good and area has a lot of good food around it. Manager went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Very clean building.

I walked through the door, the first gentleman I guess wanted to show how much power he had to his new trainee. He refused to work with me. Then when I asked for his manager, he says, "don't ask the manager anything, because he doesn't go against the policy." He literally cut off the new young lady who was going to start me a new reservation, since my first one expired. I had to go outside and call customer service to get the help that the girl at the front counter was going to do. So, I ended up speaking with the manager and he helped me (contrary to what the one dude said he would). I wish the pool was open.

The website never showed are I missed it about a$50 deposit and now I am having trouble getting it back from the hotel my bank says one thing and the hotel says something and booking.com says another. Also I didn’t see that I had to add breakfast to my reservation in order to get breakfast. While it is a beautiful hotel I would have to think about staying there again, I would recommend it but I would explain my situation.

I didn't eat there but the location in general was nice. The location itself was quiet. Didn't seem like there were many people staying there. Based on the parking lot I don't think it was more than 40% full.

The shower/tub is outdated but clean. My biggest complaint and it wasn't anything under their control was the parking garage across the way seemed to be a gathering point for locals with hotrods. There were cars parked in the garage and there was constant revving of engines. No racing but the echo from the garage was kind of annoying. It was a saturday night and I was able to fall asleep without issue.

The room was comfortable and nice and quiet. The hotel was at a convenient location with shopping and food within walking distance of the hotel. Also, there was easy access to the highway to quickly travel to any part of Houston. This trip was for a concert and was perfect for sleeping after the show and before travel home the following day.

Everything was great. I have no complaints.

This is the place I stayed the last 4 times I was in Houston. If you like being around the Bellaire area near the Vietnamese and Chinese food this is the perfect location. No issues checking in staff is friendly, rooms are clean. I’ve felt pretty safe staying at this hotel compared to others in the Bellaire area.

Only complaint...stayed 3 nights and towels and shampoos or garbage cans were not replenished. Its not 5 star but is clean and comfortable

As stated...didnt replenish towels and shampoos for 3 days. Lamp in room didnt work so i couldnt eat supper at table

Great access to Little Saigon and Chinatown! Nice base to explore the rest of Houston👍

Kind of tricky to find entrance following Google map directions, but this was only a one time inconvenience.

Near Bellaire and Chinatown. Recommend for Vietnamese and Chinese tourists.

They don’t accept cancel the reservation if you choose the non-refundable without any reason. Be careful before you book!

When we go to Houston we always stayed in this hotel because it is next to the China town. It's very easy to get real good Chinese food and grocery. The price is very reasonable and it's very easy to get to it.
