Great location, great value, and close to major highways.

Upon checking in the staff was a bit rude. I called in to the front desk as I was heading to Houston he couldn't find my reservation after I gave it to him repeatedly. Come to find out he was trying to cancel my reservation when my sister checked into the same hotel. At the front desk overnight no one was available as I waited patiently in the lobby for over 10 minutes I had to dial the front desk just to get some assistance. When she came to the front instead of asking are you checking in, or how can I help you is "how you get in here" where the door was open and it was after midnight.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was upscale and modern, and the location was very convenient for our event and near many eateries and coffee shops.

It’s not a very big deal, but our bathroom door did not lock and the fan didn’t work. The bathroom door was frosted, and so if you got up in the dark to use the restroom, the light would shine into the entire room.

Friendly staff with easy, free parking. Clean and new rooms.

Linens for couch should be in the room already when you book a king studio for 3 adults. After going to front desk to get linens, we unfolded couch to find lumpy stained mattress. Folded it back up and slept on the outside of the sofa which was uncomfortable, even for a couch. Started with a kid sleeping there but it was too uncomfortable and they had a morning activity so Mom ended up drawing the short straw. Glad we were only booked for one night. Wouldn’t have stayed 2 which is a shame because otherwise this is a great hotel.

Cleanliness, nice rooms, comfy beds.

They could not find my booking, had to call booking.com who called and help the Receptionist to find the booking. Breakfast could be better, not that much variety.

Hotel was clean breakfast was great.

One of the lights in room did not work had to take bulb out myself and take to front desk to have replaced shampoo conditioner and body shampoo containers were empty upon arrival.

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean.

The breakfast could have had a little more choice.
