Breakfast girl was a sweetheart , eggs was good , thank God they had grits for diabetic, Glen at reception is a lovely pleasant lady she adds values to the hotel and is a gem to that establishment

The pillows where terrible and the mattress was soft and one of the african receptionist was horribly rude, they need to give more than 2 towels we always had to request more towels

The front desk person was very professional and nice. She had to handle the phones, front desk and watch the front door as everyone was coming in by herself.

I didn't like that I was notified last minute that I had to pay a cash deposit. It wasn't listed on the site, booking or emailed to me when I booked the room. I didn't like that they didn't have any dishes in the executive suite. That wasn't listed on the site or emailed after booking the email.

The hotel was nice and well kept. The rooms are updated and nice as well. The water in the shower was very hot, which I loved most after a long day of traveling and shopping around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very adamant about 3pm check-in. I arrived around 1:15 and still had to wait until 3pm. I requested upon booking for early check-in as well. Keep this in mind when booking here. Also, there is a $60 CASH deposit.

Front desk personal, I believe her name is Rochelle is EXCELLENT! She said she has only been working there for a few months but she handles things like a pro. Please giver here a raise or at least move her to manager!

I found the "disinfectant" on the third floor overwhelming however, it must be difficult to keep things fresh in your climate. ONce I became accustom to the scent it was not too bad.

The room was nice and the breakfast very good

The pickup service could have been better. Could have provided details on the shuttle like description of the vehicle, license plate, drivers name. I waited for almost 2 hours not knowing what vehicle was picking me up. I had to call several times to get a clear understanding of the pickup arrangement.

The lady manager yelled at the kitchen lady in front of a dozen of us guests. it was uncalled for and unprofessional. Told her to take out the overflowing trash while she was in the middle of making breakfast. That would have been unsanitary since she was cooking. Manager should have asked Houseman or maintenance. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Close to airport; friendly staff; free shuttle; good amenities; good sized room.

Not walkable area around the hotel. Does not feel safe. The shuttle that was supposed to pick me up at the airport broke down and they never called to let me know. I had to call them, which they then arranged a Lyft.

reasonable rates, close to airport, shuttle service, very comfortable bed, an adequate breakfast, even a microwave provided in the room. everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly

The rooms were very clean for the price

The stay was exceptional but the kitchen lady was not very attentive, I needed help & she was sitting down talking I did not know she was apart of staff until later after she watched me knock on the kitchen door for minutes. Other than that no complaints
