Enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing.

The reason I booked was because it showed this hotel had a hot tub, but when checking in I found out that the pool and hot tub was closed for services. This was quite disappointing.

It was a very spacious room and well cleaned. It was also conveniently located to where we needed to go. Also the pool wasn’t available when we stayed but they teamed up with the local YMCA and you could get a daily pass to use for the pool there. We didn’t use the pass but it was nice that it was available.

The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and the pool was unavailable since it was under maintenance.

The staff was great - very friendly and welcoming. There was some issue for about a day and a half with access to internet. The staff stayed on the problem until it was resolved. They kept us updated with the progress. The facilities are a little dated particularly in the bathroom, but everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The area was well maintained and kept stocked. We will be back. Christmas decorations were nice also.

A couple more luggage carriers would be nice. The 2 available were gone when we were checking out. They were great, so struggling with areas of improvement to say here. Perhaps more alternatives for cereal in the morning.

bed and sheets were comfortable. dove soap. and staff members were all wonderful.

deep cleaning needed in the room we stayed in. sticky floors. old candy stuck on tile floor and lots of dirt, candy, chips around/ under the refrigerator. a couple of things needed repair.

Loved the bed and pillows. Liked having healthier breakfast options. Liked that it was pet friendly. Front desk staff (Nicole) was absolutely the best with customer service.

Difficult to park our truck with trailer, not a lot of available space. Located behind another hotel.

The Breakfast Buffet at this location is always very good. Plenty to choose from and everything s always good.

There was too much noise coming from hall, people talking to loud, this was around 11:30 PM to midnight on the ground floor. We have stayed at this location 6 to 8 times and never ran into something like this.

1. The staff was friendly and helpful. 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great food, great selection and great hours. The woman who ran the breakfast was friendly & helpful! 3. The room was clean and good size. 4. Enjoyed that pool was open and clean.

1. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It kept sliding down, wouldn't stay in place and had very low pressure. It was my only complaint. definitely could use an upgrade to like a waterfall style shower head instead of the handheld.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool was very clean.

The only bad thing I could say about the stay was the very noisy people that were staying above our room were awake about 5am. And up passed midnight walking really hard on the floor (our roof). But that had nothing to do with Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn was great 👍.

Nice location not stuck in middle of town, rooms were neat and cooled off, no issue parking.

Hallways always seemed a little messy with trash.

everything! the staff were incredibly kind and helped in every way possible. we needed help adding a night on to our booking.com stay. I booked an extra night while finishing our 2 night stay and the staff made sure the notes were updated so we didn’t have to change rooms mid-stay
