I've stayed here before and loved it. I like how clean the hotel is. I can walk around in my room barefoot without my feet getting dirty. I loved the room and how quiet the hotel was. The best part was checkout time. We were able to check out at noon instead of 11. I do like that the hotel is gated because it does minimize the amount of people that can break into your vehicle.

The cost of breakfast, including cold breakfast for the price of the stay. I also didn't like that the entry gate side of the building never had parking, and it was shared with guests from another hotel. I prefer to park in the same side of my room so i can see my vehicle, but there was never any parking on that side. I had to park on the opposite side every night I was there.And there was no cable. I don't like signing into my streaming account at a place like a hotel, so there was nothing to watch for the kids. Each issue separately, wouldn't stop my from.going back, but for the price you pay for the stay, I'd expect a little bit more other than nothing more than a room.

We booked this hotel as our last night stay close to shuttle to the airport as our flight was in the morning. Our timing was a little early and we were able to check in about 2pm. We had a rental car we wanted to return and not do it the day of our flight but the hotel wouldn't shuttle us back from the Airport rental car location so we had to take the rental car shuttle to the airport and then call the hotel to shuttle us back from the Airport. A little zig zagging but it worked. The room we booked was what was available and was a king suite, it was huge and impressive. Most of the rooms have a balcony that overlook the lobby. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean. The shuttles were on time and efficient to the airport. We did not have time to experience breakfast, it is not complimentary. There is a bar/food service in the lobby but it is closed from 12 -5pm but we noticed many people order food from outside the hotel and getting it delivered so that is an option. We did eat in the bar area when it opened. The food was good and actually not too expensive. The drink bar is limited but we didn't really need that. There are two ladies serving at the bar and tables around the bar, the dynamic of efficiency there needs some work, they were very nice though but overwhelmed at all times. The indoor pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. The location is very close to the airport and convenient for only that reason, you can't walk to anywhere. We noticed they also have rental cars available there, if we knew that before our trip we would have used them, the pricing was very good from what we saw, better than the rental cars at the airport. I don't think they advertise that on the booking sites well or maybe they do that on purpose. This is a very transient hotel that has mostly flight staff in and out and the hotel is used when flights get cancelled and they accommodate passengers a night stay.

Gift shop was closed the entire time. No Hot Tub. No hot beverages or simple snacks available during the 12-5pm time. The servers at the bar seemed overwhelmed and need a better system so they are not running back and forth so much and getting behind.

Close to the DFW airport and about a 20 minute drive from AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field as I was in town for the 2 Metallica shows and a Rangers baseball game. The room was spacious bigger than I expected. The food from the restaurant was good as well which surprised me as all previous hotels I have stayed at that had a restaurant the food was awful.

Can't think of anything I didn't like

the rooms are laid out very well. The separate sitting area from the sleeping area is great. The kitchenette. This hotels concept is very unique. the rooms are like small apartments and very well thought out. The balconies over looking the atrium, and pool was one of the highlights for me. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

it would be nice if the lamps by the bed had a usb to charge cell phones. But this is more of a suggestion than a complaint. love the place.

My family and I love to travel, the vacation was kind of a last minute trip and went very well. The hotel was great clean very nice staff and a pretty decent price.

The only bad thing was when I booked the hotel it said breakfast was included, when we went down to get breakfast we had to go to the front desk to get a voucher in order to get our breakfast. Other than that it was great!

Location was great, and pretty easy to find. Room was spacious and we liked that the bathroom (toilet & shower) were separate so someone could use sink while someone was showering.

I didn't like that our breakfast wasn't included like everyone else's. But breakfast was good, even if we had to pay for it. Service in the restaurant was excellent!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They were timely with the shuttle service and were happy to make a quick stop for me to pick up a few items from the airport. The breakfast was superb.

There was one plate left from a previous guest outside of our room. I would have liked to have seen that removed, but nothing else to mention.

We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and my main course was excellent. Room spacious and comfortable. Relatively convenient for DFW airport.

Neither the people we encountered at reception nor the housekeeping staff were friendly (although the problem at check-in may have related to language skills). When we got to breakfast (which finished at 9.30am) we were met with a very gruff "You have 7 minutes". But the lay-out of the buffet made things very difficult to find! The "hot water" for the tea - when I finally located it! - was lukewarm at best, so the tea was pretty horrible. Lots of dire warnings about theft and security (which, thankfully, did not come to pass!). The parking arrangement for cars was completely illogical.

Excellent hotel. Close to the airport. Big and clean rooms. They even have cars for rent. Will probably return.

The A/C is great, but a bit too freezing. When I entered the room I just had to turn it off. Price is just a tad high

Close to DFW, only one exit away, good shuttle, great bed, quiet room,excellent food! Love that they have a bathtub. Rooms are reasonably priced.

Rooms & decor in the main building are very dated and old, bathrooms are tight & crowded, front desk personnel are not friendly, but the good things make up for this.
