I got on the wrong shuttle from the airport and went to the wrong location. This other shuttle didn’t bother telling me there were two locations. They ended up taking me back and the shuttle from this location was still waiting for me! I had already had a terrible flight situation and it was very nice to have this staff taking care of a very tired traveler. Then I had to turn around and get up early in the morning and the shuttle was waiting for me. The entire staff was amazing to me and I really appreciated it.

Shuttle only runs at certain times driver has no sense of urgency even when you call an hour ahead to make sure shuttle will be ready thank God there is a DART bus that will take you to a parking lot that has a free shuttle if you don’t wanna spend for an Uber and have time stay was pleasant though a tampon was found in our towels being two males that was bizarre but otherwise a pretty comfortable stay

Newly updated location, rooms. Management gave me a low cost upgrade to a nicer suite. Impressive. Underrated location, and much better than the usual Red Roof facilities. Will use them again.

Only complaint was I couldn't stay longer.

Nice staff! Asked for multiple towels, shampoo, and they complied fast and very gently. Location was great, a lot of food options can be reached walking. And decided to extend from 1 to 2 nights! It was awesome

The breakfast was fantastic! It had an airport shuttle service, if needed. The beds & shower were great.

The air conditioner units were loud & kept turning off & on, + it was still kind of hot in the room. The pool & hot tub were completely drained, & there was a chair & football shoulder pads in the bottom of the pool.

Well I liked that they had a room available, because no other hotels did.

It’s was a little dated; still it was a nice stay and convenient stay. Staff was very professional.

They didn't have a ice machine close to room I had to walk to main building at night to get ice plus it was dark , the pool was also dirty
