It was really close to where we needed to be. We actually ended up staying two different nights. The first room was on the third floor and was bigger and nicer. The second night was a room on the first floor, a little smaller and less money. The breakfast is pretty good . They have a little store just off the lobby, We arrived late and my husband was hungry. He bought a little frozen pizza which I microwaved for him. I found an extra plastic bag in my suitcase to serve it on. I don’t know if paper plates were offered at the little store.Maybe I will start putting a couple in my suitcase

Quick shuttle run to DFW. Very convenient.

Upon arrival, I noticed the warm and welcoming staff and the cozy and clean atmosphere. The shuttle drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Bed was comfy, room seemed extra clean, and the shower products were good quality. Breakfast was continental, but good quality.

Communication about the shuttle was a bit confusing (“level” and “terminal” were confused) but after waiting an hour with several calls to the hotel, the miscommunication was settled. Since it may be a guests first time at DFW - as it was mine - locations can be unclear. The staff can help rectify this by clarifying and specifying terminal information and where outside the airport to locate that information.

Everything else was great, staff were lovely and helpful. The place was clean and fresh feeling. Really nice facilities. Lovely made bed and super comfy.

Unfortunatly there seemed to be a miscommunication about the shuttle service? We waited almost 2 hours to be picked up and the driver never came as far as we were aware. They did say they sent the driver out but we never saw them. The first time we were in the wrong place but never saw anyone go past (they would have to drive past us to get to the meeting point, we watched every vehicle) , the next time we were at the right place after calling the hotel and double checked it all. Staff were lovely, but really stressful for us coming into the country after a very long 3 flight. We wasted 2 hours in the dark waiting to be picked up :( Can't fault anything else but a very stressful time we didn't need. I would plan in advance on a map where the pick up is.

The front desk staff was friendly and was able to get me into my room before the scheduled check-in time.

The shuttle driver on my way back to the airport from the hotel was not friendly at all. The only thing that he said was, "You're welcome" when I said, "Thank you" at the airport. He didn't even attempt to get out and open the door or ask to carry my bag or anything.

This hotel surprised us, we usually stay at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, but this time we decided to stay at this new hotel and we weren't wrong, the hotel is small, but the rooms are new suites, comfortable bed, decent bathrooms, breakfast isn't much Rich in options, but enough for a decent breakfast.

Weather was cold and snowing and the airport shuttle and the recommended taxi were fully booked so we had to hire an Uber to get to the airport in the morning. The staff were good about telling us that we should book something the night before or flight because of the bad weather and the chaotic crowds at the airport.

Wish they had a restaurant on site.

We picked this hotel because it was relatively close to the AT&T stadium and the airport. We were looking for place with a free shuttle to the airport as we had a 6 am flight after a football game. The hotel was in great conditions and the shuttle on time.

Rooms were very spacious, clean, bathroom was nice and big loved the walk in shower, the beds & pillows were comfy & I am very picky about that due to my back and neck problems I slept like a baby definitely will be staying here again since my international flight always has it's layover there in Dallas

1. The shuttle driver was nice but definitely could tell his frustration with the customers because they weren't waiting in the correct spot for pick up so he had us and 3 others in the van for 45min re circling the airport to pick them up again at 11p at night after a long flight, also had his music very loud & then got a call from a friend in prison & was talking for like 15min on Bluetooth & the guy calling had bad language. 2. Upon check in the front receptionist was trying to charge me 181$ when I had already booked and paid through booking which was 30$ cheaper than what he was charging me, so I told him no & that I never had an issue like that & he stared at me and then said okay and handed me a key literally seconds later so it seemed suspicious so be careful with that.

Good location for when traveling to the Airport. They also have a shuttle you can book when you check in to take you to the Airport and back if needed.

We had a problem with our toilet not flushing so we were transferred rooms. Our new room had a funky smell but we were just staying for the night so it wasn't a big deal.
