Great for the price. Clean. Hot water. At first it’s not obvious how to TURN ON HOT WATER. PULL WHOLE WATER HANDLE TOWARD YOURSELF that how you start it running. NOT only turn the water switch. If you have issues with it you can ask desk representative. I stayed at this hotel 4 times. At my 1st time I could not figure out how to make water work and just went to ask. They are helpful.

The price was great for the room and accommodations. I always saw a cleaning lady doing their job and everything seemed to run well. I have to commend Nikky, at the service desk, for her absolute professionalism and service. She answered all my questions in regards to travel and was helpful to whatever I needed and asked. Kuddos to her.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was somewhat confusing. There isn't a set shuttle solely for the hotel. It was a shuttle for hotels within the Dallas airport area. Also, it may take at least half an hour or so for the right shuttle to arrive. I wish there were tissues in the room. And the only microwave was in the lobby.

Like so many others that night, we got stranded due to weather induced delays. The process to grab the room using Booking was as quick and easy as it always has been. The staff were taking a beating from everyone and everything but handled it all as well as they could. They really saved our bacon with a quick check in.

The mattress was a bit stiff for my liking, but it's a motel 6; I'm just glad it was clean and the lock worked.

That parking for the Airport was avalible right there at the motel, there is a suttle right there to take you to the Airpot. It all was very convieniant.

When booking the parking, it was difficult to verify that it was located at the same Motel 6 as the hotel booking. Additionally, a set of instructions on how to take the shuttle back to the hotel would have been helpful.

I stayed there for 1 night, only 6 hours, because my flight was rebooked. It was good value for the price I paid. There is a gas station and Whattaburger in walking distance. The place was clean. They have a free shuttle to the airport.

Convenient and personnel good

Water didn’t work on n tub/shower. I didn’t alert as I discovered in morning and didn’t want to deal with it. Just used sink. Also doors to to bathroom, the wood was peeling.

It was acceptable for the time frame.Just a little smaller than I would have liked. The bed was comfortable. And the place was exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I had no microwave, refrigerator or direct access to an ice machine. I only saw 1 luggage cart loader. So I had to wait longer than I chose.

Ease of check in, and was able to check in early at noon. Normally check in is at 1:00 p.m. Most hotels/motels check in is at 3:00 p.m. Laid back staff, helpful. Cleanliness of the property all around. Awesome stay!

The price of the room was high considering it's a typical motel. $82 and up a night with no breakfast is pricey. No other complaints really.

The vending machines not working. It is far from places where you can get food and drinks, so better get what you need ahead.

Not a lot of toilet paper left on the roll. Housecleaning should have replaced with a new roll or left a new roll to be used after first roll was all used up.
