The staff were great from the time we arrived until we checked out. Debra, Gilbert, and Marcus were exceptional. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Let me not forget about the nice and accommodating staff at the breakfast bar. Matthew, you and your staff did good. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, AS

The staff is OUTSTANDING-I pulled a huge bonehead and left my laptop behind....Marcus called after housekeeping let him know they found it in room. He made arrangements for it to be shipped to my home, followed by the General Manager calling a the end of the day to confirm and he personally took it to Fed X. Honesty of ALL personnel and going WAY above the "extra mile"!

Great location; felt very safe; clean; pet friendly. Tons or restaurants nearby and a cvs next door.

Had an issue for a few nights with people above us making tons of noise. I would recommend staying in the very top floor to avoid it. It was bad.

I liked the space in the room and the breakfast.

The linen and pillows on the bed were so thin and looked so old and not very clean. The lighting in the room is also that horrible white florescent light. Not very relaxing.

It was easy to access, especially if you’re traveling with a trailer or moving truck. It’s close to several restaurants and a pharmacy as well.

The was a guest staying a couple rooms down from me who had a small dog that barked nearly all night, but that definitely is not because of the hotel itself. It would be a good idea to put people traveling with pets in the same area of a hotel for such cases or at least room them away from others.

Super clean and quiet and very comfortable to stay at.

The African American lady that I didn’t catch her name last night when I checked in at 11 pm 8/19/21 . I was asked to give my card and I put my card online and assumed it took the money out so while I was checking my bank to make sure the money didn’t take out so I could go ahead and pay she came up to the lady who was checking us out who was nice to us the other lady was then very rude in the way she spoke giving us attitude for no reason like if we were being an inconvenience when I was obviously just checking to see so I don’t get double charged she definitely needs to relax a bit and be a bit more friendly. But other than that it’s a super nice place to stay no bugs nothing dirty and very comfortable beds put me straight to sleep worth the price.

The hotel clerk was kind and I found the property to be clean and up to par!!

I didn’t like that my room was not available during the check-in time(3:00P.M.) and it delayed my plans. We were already coming from a hotel in another city and had plans that needed to interlock with our check-in time. The clerk did offer snacks but after fighting in traffic for about three hours & finding out that your room isn’t ready a candy bar isn’t much help. A discount and more reassurance would have been better but hey customer service isn’t the same across the board.

I liked the extra room with the couch in there. Also the big refrigerator. Also the exercise room. Also their breakfast.

I would have liked a room safe. Unfortunately, all 4 of my rental car tires were stolen in their parking lot.

My grandchildren loved it ❤️

Everything was fantastic only we have loved a door on the inside of the room so are grands wouldn't have to go in the hallway
