Room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of electrical plugs to charge things. Shower was great. Great water pressure.

I requested a ground floor room when I booked online, but we were upstairs. We had a lot of things to bring to our room because we didn’t want to leave in auto overnight. Unfortunately no elevator and there were a lot of stairs to maneuver. Anyway, we plan on being in the Houston area several times a year and would definitely prefer a room downstairs. Instead of booking online, I will call direct to hotel with our request. Otherwise, room was great and in a location that was close to places where we needed to be. Thank you very much for a reasonable priced room with all the amenities seeded.

Location, great value, big clean room, comfortable bed, courteous and ready to help staff, great coffee in the lobby. The room had everything I needed for my stay - microwave, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, even a decent size refrigerator with a little freezer compartment! And no yucky stinky carpet! The bathroom had soap, shampoo, lotion, even little toothbrushes with floss. The room smelled fresh - no funky odor of any kind, which is huge for me as I'm very sensitive to smells. I will definitely stay there again when in Katy.

The rooms were very nice, clean and large. They have the blackout curtains which helped us sleep in.

The free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Dry Cereal, coffee, and Waffles. We chose to skip it. I also didn't like that we were booked at a different location then the one I pulled up on booking.com. seems there are three of these same named motels in the area and we were booked at a different one A few exits away from my original requested location. I didn't know this until I sent my son the address to come and pick me up and he said this was not the same location that I had I sent the address to for him to check it out before we came.

Location is amazing. Throw a stone to olive garden and chuys mexican. Walked to New Orleans Seafood. Room was very clean. Desk, couch, big rooms. Pricing is really great and breakfast (although small selection) was included! Very nice owners.

Actually not one complaint! It exceeded our expectations! Now realize ur talking motel not marriott! It was actually cleaner than the IHG hotel we stayed at the airport.

Room was very clean and spacious. I didn't expect much more than coffee but you can make your own waffle. . I got a very good deal on the room but even at the regular rate for that night it's good value if you need a place to lay your head.

Some of the furnitures a bit worn but it was all very nicely taken care of.

The man at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was able to get me a downstairs room because my husband couldn't make it up the stairs due to injury. He was so very nice and made it happen very quickly. We used to stay at the place right down the street, but they triple charged my account and refused to fix the charges they caused. Platinum Inn is definitely my new go-to!!

Staff are exceptional very kind and curtious. Very quiet the beds could be replaced (they are very uncomfortable). The maids are very sweet and helpful. Overall I would give this hotel a 15🌟rating and recommend it to all. Family oriented as well ☺️ Very clean rooms and simple breakfast but filling.

ONLY ONE MINOR SUGGESTION:The beds are very uncomfortable as I have moved to 2 rooms and they are very uncomfortable just need to be replaced is all. That's literally the only complaint I have EVERYTHING ELSE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL AND I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER A MONTH. GREAT JOB PALACE INN STAFF AND MANAGEMENT 💯🌟👍🏻

Was a great location and was very clean, staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the tv had a few channels cause someone had locked it from viewing anything higher than pg 13, so kinda sucked that we couldn't watch good movies were there. But other than that, it was great.

Someone above me stumped all day long I was in room 105 and it's right by the office and apparently they were having whatever was going on upstairs but it was constantly stomping and you could hear it from my bed that was all thank you

For the porpoise I I need it is excellent, in terms of time . The price fits totally in my budget.

Could use a bit of extra parking space for late night after 12am return. Otherwise , I use it each visit. My 93 yr young Mum is why I come. They are family oriented, I've met them!
