The room was close to the office, and after not staying in a motel for years, the room was luxurious for me (a refrigerator, a microwave, and a place to hang things. Had trouble getting used to the TV, the heater, and the key card. Location of the motel was great for my meet- up, and room was quite considering the proximity to the highway. Bookings was great as far as the reservation. I don't understand all the negative reviews; it was first class considering some senior living facilities.

A lot of foot traffic and sometimes crowded parking.The room was cold until I figured out the heating.

The location is great one. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was friendly, once you get to know them. There is a mini fridge and micro-oven. The restaurants are in walking distances. It's literally down the street from the Lancaster Movie Theater, Quick trip, Waffle House on the same side. There's a Kroger's shopping center across the street., and a Cracker Barrel. So, the area is excellent Desoto-Lancaster area, right off of Interstate South 35E.

It's on the service road. The price $80 for one night is a lot steep, when you are on a budget. It's one-way street, but I-35 is right next to it.

Housekeeping was very friendly. They came by everyday of our stay to give us clean towels, toilet paper, soap, and pick up our trash.

Upon arrival to check in at 3 pm, they assigned us a room, then told us that the room was no good. We had to wait for 30 minutes for another room to be cleaned.

The bed was comfortable, and I loved the refrigerator. It was good to have, and it kept our food and drinks cold.

The air wasn't getting cold during the day. And there weren't towels to bathe with. And only 1 bar of soap to use and I had to go buy some.

The facility is ok. I wanted a better deal because I have stayed there a few days and different weeks and times. I could expect a little more discount rate for frequency and extension. The more you stay and continuously go I should expect a deal but overall I don't have any complaints. They have a constant crew because I guess it's a family that owns it. Sometimes they work deals but I think it should be more consistent.

Place was nice. But did not have hair dryer or shampoo and conditioner. And did not have a coffee pot. Other then that was good.

There a lot noise at night and there were guys across from drinking and being loud. Being a single female I got in my room quick and did not come out till morning.

Just a nice clean place to stay. I read some of the reviews about roaches, I didn't see any. Evidently they took care of them. So it was a great stay

Loved the hot water and the TV line up was good.

Maybe add privacy curtain so sun can shine in without people viewing in room.

Good location. Quiet and good size room.

The shower floods the bathroom floor and the walkway to access the upstairs rooms looks like it is in the process of collapsing.

It's a nice environment and it's quiet.

I didn't have a remote for my room and had to get up and turn the TV with my hand and did not want to move to another room I was tired
