The beds were comfortable, nice view, friendly staff, great coffee, good breakfast options, safe and great location, it was very clean when we got there.

When we checked in, they told us if we wanted a lower floor because the elevators were not working. We were also a bit disappointed because they did not have a microwave. We have also stayed at many hotels, and they at least throw out the trash and change towels. Here they didn't. I'm assuming we had to ask. We were also getting a lot of late night scam calls on Thanksgiving night from "customer service " wanting to verify the card we checked in with. When I hung up and called the front desk, she told me to disconnect it because it had been happening for a while. It was scary, good thing we didn't fall for it.

I didn't like the fact of all the running and noise from the room up above us. I know next time to stay on the top floor when it's only 4 floors to keep the noise down.

Booking . Com charges my credit card card 4-5 times each time taking money out then refunding it . Something wrong with their system

The sweet was nice, the bed was comfortable and thr coffee was perfect.

The pool is still down, my wife has to stay there all day and the pool was the main reason she wanted to stay with me.

Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, bagels (no cream cheese), muffins, granola bars, & fruit. Nothing impressive.

Cream cheese with the bagels would have been very nice. It looked like there was blood on the bottom of the door frame. The telephone was unusable and a knob was missing on one of the sconce lights. I reported the maintenance issues to the front desk.

When we got to our room we were not happy with the room. We informed one of the hotel maids. She took pictures & promptly sent them to her supervisor. The supervisor inspected the room & agreed the room was unacceptable & promptly move us to another room. During our stay all of the hotel staff were kind & very attentive to anything we needed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the price. Location was around shopping, eating, hospitals. Good stay.

Great Location, clean, nice staff.....

I was awaken at 4am with a wake up call that must have been for the prior guest, and i wasn't able to go back to sleep. I told front desk and nothing was offerd for the inconvenience. That disappointed me as this is the only place i stay when in town.
