It was very nice. It was clean, the rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! AC works good and gets really cold if you drop it below 70. There’s plenty of space. Lots of parking.
How there was different room packages that included breakfast or didn’t include breakfast. If you don’t get the package that includes breakfast then you have to pay for breakfast. I think if you’re staying there, breakfast should be included no matter what. Also, the jets in the hot tub weren’t very powerful. But the pool and hot tub were nice.

The room was very clean. l should have ask for Handicap room, toilet was to low, l have artificial knee so low toilets are not efficient. Breakfast should be included with your stay. On a positive note the restaurant was wonderful, prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. The location was great!

The hotel was in a great location, in the center of alot of different stores and restaurants.
I called to try and order food from the bar and grill and the front desk and kitchen both dais they had no knowledge on how to place a call in order .I just ate out at a local restaurant.

Noise coming from the Event Center, lack of hotness from the shower, breakfast buffet - even though breakfast was included, would have preferred to have ordered breakfast and pay the extra.

The restaurant and bar had good food and drinks! Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Great location, several restaurants and shopping very close by.
The pool was closed our second night unexpectedly due to temperature safety. Kids were disappointed 😞

Our room was very clean and fresh, bed was comfortable pillows were great. Shower had ok pressure. We had the BEST customer service we have ever experienced with Jonathon at the front desk! He’s amazing he made our stay 100 times better.
Only downside was there was no laundry bag and the pool was down, but all pools in the area were down.

The breakfast was fantastic..everything made fresh no powdered eggs. Beds were very comfortable & room was spacious.
