This hotel was SO beautiful! I really enjoyed the overall amenities, the rooms themselves, and the open space with the fireplaces scattered throughout. It was beautiful and the staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind! Literally, probably some of the nicest folks I've encountered at a hotel - they were GREAT! The entire staff was very helpful in the sense that they answered all of our questions with ease and they had so much personality. Overall, big fan of this place!

Despite the 10-star experience with the staff, I was expecting the room to be cleaner considering the price of this hotel. I'm not sure if my counterparts had the same experience in their rooms, however, my bathroom wasn't entirely clean (e.g., little things on the floor, and the overall wipe-down looked a bit sloppy). It wasn't a huge deal as everything in the actual room looked great, but it certainly wasn't ideal for the price of a standardized king suite. If you are operating a luxury hotel, I would hope that cleanliness is the top priority.

Door flooded during a rainstorm into our room. Had to use 5 towels. A/c blasted all night couldn’t turn it off. Found the clean controls the next morning on the other side of the room. Please place a note on the actual ac unit. 68 degrees is too low. Found 5 candy wrappers under the bed and lots of hair in the shower.

Supe cute place.. great location / near to college and shops/food. Wish there was type of continental breakfast available, would make things easier than having to order food and trying to make it to appts/meetings on time.

Really did love just about everything.. There was a weird odor (not a good weird) in our hallway - a musty maybe mildewing smell.

The property was extraordinary! Very well designed and attractive, in great condition, and a wonderful 'theme' and charm. The room was very comfortable, great linens, and very clean. The location was also great - right down Broadway from campus.

The single complaint I have is the outside flooring on the second level. There were many places where wear on the wooden boards was creating rather long slivers that would most certainly be issues if one was walking around barefoot....like if you were coming from the pool.

We stayed here for a night and immediately noticed how nice the lay out of this hotel is. It's one of a kind! We are facing the courtyard and had a nice view. The bed and pillows feels new. The whole room is and smells clean. More importantly, the staff and front desk was friendly and accommodating. They are really paying attention to small details to ensure guests have a fun and relaxing time. The staff exceeded my expectations. Thank you Cotton Court Hotel, we really had a pleasant stay!

Everything except when we asked for clean towels on our second night the towels were all damp wet not dry.

On our final day we asked for luggage cart but all 4 luggage carts were full with waters, soft drinks etc and they were unable to let us use one to load our belongings to our vehicle so we had to make double trips to our room.

The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. I loved the retro fridge and style of furniture. The outdoor courtyard was excellent, especially the cowboy cauldron fire. Each staff member that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Parking is the only tricky part. Woman traveling alone with kids so I didn’t want to park far away from the entrance in the garage.

I was alone, as I my husband could not make the trip. I had to park at night, in the back of the property by myself. Then, I had to carry my luggage etc. If my husband would have been there, this would not have been an issue. I had to be at Texas Tech by 8:30 am the following day, and tried to eat breakfast at the restaurant. I went around 7:15, but had to leave because they were so very slow. Therefore, I left without eating breakfast.

it is even more amazing than the photos. I loved the inside-outside feel to the property and all of the rooms face the courtyard filled with things to do and places to lounge. a very Texas theme, but well done. the staff were the highlight. we drove in after 800 miles and a bit stressed to find parking and the staff did everything they could to turn our experience and mood around. I was throughly impressed with their friendliness.

there isn’t a lot of parking spots on the property and you have to park in the surrounding garages, but they help you load and unload at least.

We definitely didn't like the look of the stained couch cushion to wich we flipped over as we definitely did not want to sit on it or the stains on the carpet/rug. It made it feel as though it wasnt cleaned well at all & it also had like an old sweaty smell to the room when we checked in.
