Rooms were nice, everything worked as they should (ac, hot water, mini fridge ect), staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great!
The indoor pool was too cold which is fine but I only mention it because I thought I read that the pool was heated but it didnt seem so.. and the hot tub was full of foam which is an indicator of it being contaminated or poorly kept. Also, we reserved a double queen room but the beds definitely seemed to be no bigger than full sized.

I can always count on a good stay with The best Western in Lytle. Clean, the beds are comfy the rooms cleaned. Great stay

Unfortunately, we weren't up that early to catch the breakfast. But Tiny, the area clerk was super nice & offered us help with our luggage.
The mini bar was empty & we didn't go looking for the vending machines

The only slight, small issue was the towels were kind of rough, maybe a little more down he would help!

great stay. all the staff were especially helpful. We were there for a family funeral and the staff took extra care to ensure are stay was very pleasant even during this trying time. Would like to recognize staff member Tony as he was responsible for ensuring our great stay.

We liked the location because we traveled because of a funeral. It was close to family's house, the church and cemetery. The front desk was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great. We had enough time to eat and get ready for funeral.

I Loved that there was a small kitchen area, the beds were very comfortable, I loved that it had a lounge sofa and the restroom was clean and very nice! there was a clean smell in the room! my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub ! we had breakfast outside in the patio and that was really nice and relaxing as well!
I know because of covid regulations the gym was closed but I usually like to use the gym and also the front desk employees when i checked in seemed irritated and unwelcoming but for the most part we had a good experience.
