Breakfast was sweet and simple. The charges were reasonable, value for money for the fabulous room and its amenities offered. We had booked for 5 nights from March 26-31 but had to shorten our stay to 3 nights due to health issue with our 4 year old kid due to uncertain weather changes. But the manager was sensitive to the situation, totally understood our concern and cooperated with us to modify our schedule accordingly, also refunding us for the days/nights we did not stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

The staff were just amazing from the overnight workers all the way up to the hotel manager. This truly is a home away from home they make you feel like family,from Manager Nicole (Mom) who runs a very tight household. I have been so blessed meeting these kind people,I spend a lot of time in hotels and the ones in Plano Texas just don't have hospitality down yet,but extended stay America goes above and beyond for their family. The staff is Great! It's comfortable & quite. Felt real Safe! My room was nice, neat, & cozy. Housekeeping staff does a great job at keeping the room clean. The location is quite nice and there are many restaurants around to enjoy to delight your taste buds. The whole drive up appeal of this location is quite nice too. It's nice setting in the small dining room in the mornings enjoying your breakfast either watching the morning news or chatting with others who are also staying.

I Suggest Extended Stay: Should update their coffee makers. Provide ground coffee within each room. Ice trays within each freezer, & ice for the freezers. Small bottles of dishwasher soap, along with paper towels with holder. A broom/dust pan. Add more toiletries. Have more of a variety of breakfast items, as fresh fruit, milk, cereal, bacon, biscuits/gravy, & waffles! Filter Bottle water should be provided to all guests within each room for their stay.

Shauna and Tathir were the managers on duty during my stay and I can not stress this enough, they were amazing! They both helped to resolve a minor issue due to some miscommunication on my end and even though they had other priorities at the time, they still put in all their effort to help me.

Location was great. I was close to the breakfast area. Great coffee and decent breakfast snacks. It couldn’t have been better for the price. Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and great granola bars, also had oatmeal.

People next door were smoking and it reared in the hallway. The evening manager took care of it though. Some people just can’t follow the rules.

The GM really goes above and beyond making sure your stay is as pleasant as she is couldn't have picked a more friendlier place.

Staff at front desk was beautifully attentive. She always greets me with the most warning welcome. Definately will return
