All facilities were working and very well kept. Bravo. Definitely probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very quiet and mostly the elderly seemed to stay here. Maintenance was always very quick to respond and proficient at their job.

Not sure why, but the keys kept locking out. Some of the electronic locks probably need to be replaced; you can tell because those rooms constantly give problems whereas others don't. Also, staff should probably walk the stairs a little more. Some areas got pretty dirty (dirt/mud), yet no one seemed to notice for a pretty long time... (I know no one wants to do it but someone ought to)

The customer service, how clean the inside and outside looks. There is a little store where you can buy some things you might need. It was my birthday, and i just wanted to get away from it all. My i did. The room i had was very clean. The carpet was very clean. Everything was very nice and helpful. Have offered breakfast. Next time i want to rent a hotel. I will come here. You can get around well in this area. I love how they ofter add ons. That's cool. Sorry, I didn't get pictures. But the rooms look just like they do on the website.

There was nothing really i didn't like. I didn't take a tour of the place where things were things might be. I saw what i needed online.

I like the staff and the location. This is my third long stay at the hotel.

The storm caused the power to be out and we were on the third floor. The lights emergency lights did not work on the stairwell near our room. So when the fire alarms went off I could not see and twisted my knee going down the stairs. I usually travel with my little flash light. I think it was early in the morning and I was just disoriented. I want them to make sure those emergency lights work. I also wish they had a back up generator.

Good hotel for a short stay,1-2 nights, like a weekend or bussiniess trip. Very nice new(?) bathroom. Decent breakfast, friendly efficient staff. Location outside the center, but plenty of places to eat and drink in a few minutes drive. Plenty of parking. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked good.

Our room was big, and comfy but the TV was very small....around 30" and far away from the beds. It would have been good with a pair of binoculars in the room 😉. Recommend to replace the TV wiht 60-70" like most hotels have today.

Every thing was nice and clean.

The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I informed the hotel by email that I'm arriving earlier than expected, and they replied that they will do their best to welcome me, but when we arrived (me and my son with only our backpacks) we asked the receptionist lady if we can wait in the reception until the time of check-in, and she said NO! and the reason was that they were having breakfast and according to her.. The place will get crouded if we stay! We had to get out and search for any café nearby to stay until we could check-in... The first time in my life that a hotel refuses to welcome us a few hours before we can check in.

Stayed here a sum of 3 weeks. Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at that wasn’t a ritz. The beds are SO COMFY I was late for work twice! The breakfast is freakin goooodddd!!!! Olga in the front desk is PHENOMENAL! She exudes customer service on a level that I haven’t seen since the early 2000’s. The internet went down for about a week maybe less and the way she handled all the grumpy people was just beyond me. She was very apologetic and showed empathy and that you don’t see now a days. Not just her Sarah is great all well and Norma the whole Front desk staff is great but Olga is top tier. The maintenance guy Jose is pretty awesome we had an issue with our shower and he fixed it the same day with no problem. Even came back the second day to check it again

Housekeeping could probably use a quick crash course on cleaning. You can tell a lot of them been there for a while and they’re just cleaning what the eyes can see. But there all really nice ladies whenever they missed our room or didn’t clean something they came with no issue and were also very apologetic

Very good. I slept very well in the comfortable king size bed. I enjoyed the shower that had excellent water pressure. My first glance into the room left me feeling that I'd made an excellent choice by staying here.

I was here for an extended stay and occasionally the WiFi wouldn't work, and at breakfast a couple of times sausage wasn't available. Other than that there was much more TO like than not.

It was in a good location, the hotel and room was clean, well lit parking lot, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. The front lobby staff was wonderful! They were knowledgeable of the area and gave several suggestions. They were very friendly. Clyde and Rebekah are great assets to this establishment!

The outside door card readers were quite finicky. It took many tries before the door would open. We tried a couple and it seemed to the same thing but once you got in it worked the 1st time on your room door. Not sure if it was user error or what.

It was a great stay!! The staff was friendly. The rooms, restrooms, and the eating area were clean. The breakfast was fresh and as good as hotel food can get. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins, orange juice, milk, and coffee.

I gave it a 9 out of 10 because... Walls are super thin so you can hear the people in the other side. I could see this being a problem if you had super loud neighbors. I did not so it was all good. Next to highway so you get some highway noise. It could bother some people but it didn't bother me.

Breakfast was great although our first day they served sausage and never served it again after that. But everything else was tasty. Really liked the room amenities. Had more than we expected and definitely above average. Also liked that there was a gym so probably the best value for a hotel I've seen in a long time.

A/C unit wasn't working so the room was a little hot overnight. They replaced it the next day while we were out so we were fine the rest of the time.
