The place was clean! It smelled clean and you saw staff members constantly cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for a quick meal to get you going. They had an automatic pancake maker which was neat. It was touch less and fast. The pancakes were delicious!

The bed was so hard! I did a lot of tossing and turning. There were kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on but they kept slamming their room door multiple times and it literally shook our room. Our hair dryer nearly caught fire and when I tried to call the front desk our phone didn't work. I went down and they brought up a new dryer pretty much immediately.

When we walked into the building the lady at the front desk was very nice and informative about any questions we may have had. The room was amazing and very spacious for my husband and me. We love the bathroom beautiful, clean, and very well lit up. My husband liked the bay window he sat in the window and played his game on his phone.

There was nothing that I disliked other than the guy at the front desk Thursday night. He was very rude to the Mexican man that came in and he didn't know English and he was very rude.

The room was nice and clean. It was compact but felt roomy so no complaints there. Its in a quiet location near businesses so not a lot of through traffic or other noise. It's a nice property from the outside also. Really liked the guy who checked us in. Pleasant, efficient, and informative.

The preauthorization policy left me in a bind going home. They held the first night because they were almost sold out and to secure the room they hold the card. Issue is after checking out the hold was still there along with a charge for the total stay. I spoke to Kevin Patel, the general manager, he not only talked over me but was pretty beligerent about the whole thing. He did email my bank and they released the hold but it was still 24 hrs with no money. I didn't realize the breakfast would be meatless. There are plenty of carb options, but not a piece of meat in sight. Be prepared to drive a little to get to restaurants or shopping there are several gas stations nearby

The only potential issue was the carpet on the first floor that was down the hallway in front of our room. it was “buckled up” and could have caused someone to trip over it. I was especially worried about my 78 year old mom who was with me. No one tripped, so all was good! The breakfast could have had more offerings and some hot options other than make your own pancakes …

Breakfast was good. Location was good near fwy. very pleased with the female mgr; friendly and very helpful. She was able to change to a handicapped room. Very nice room. Shower and bath.

Handicap bath needed minor repairs. Handicap shower seat would not fold up. Toilets are still very low for tall and handicapped persons; rails save the day.

The staff were very friendly. The room was a nice size for 1 person. Plenty space for my clothes. Loved the walk-in shower.

The 3rd floor carpet needs to be replaced. It was worn and had a soft area when you step on the floor. The cushion on the fold out bed had stains on it. Definitely needed cleaning.

I liked the on the go breakfast and that the ice machine was on every floor. I also liked how I was accommodated after I had issue with my room leaking and I had to move rooms. The staff was helpful and reassuring that it was not my fault for the leak.

I didn't like that my room was leaking all the way to the lobby but things happen. I also didn't like how when I ask for a towel they wanted me to bring my dirty towel down for a replacement.

The room was clean and the temperature was good, not that muggy humid feeling.

Was disappointed with the breakfast We have stayed at many places that provide free breakfast and this was just not would we expected. It's not the main thing we look for when deciding on a place to stay but just thought it would be better

The bed was very comfortable; it was easy to sleep on. I liked the partition next to the bed because it blocked out the main door and bathroom when I would lie down. And the curtains kept the room nice and dark at night.

There was construction on the building in front of the inn during my stay and in the mornings it sometimes got pretty loud. It was not loud enough to get me out of bed and complain, but loud enough to annoy me because it woke me up at 6:30 one morning when I really wanted to get up at 8.

My stay this on the hotel side was excellent!

However. My stay with the booking.com side was a disappointment for the first time. I made a made a reservation with the Microtel round Rock Texas for one night. I went back and cancelled that reservation, which booking.com confirmed. I then made a new reservation for 3 nights the 4th - 7th. On Saturday February 7th My card was charged for that reservation that should have been cancelled. Now I am facing paying for 4 nights at a hotel where I only stayed 3 nights. I'm a longtime user of booking.com I hope this won't be the reason I have to seek another booking site for my future reservations.
