It was a nice hotel in a calm area, easy check in and check out, and we enjoyed having breakfast downstairs every morning. The man in charge of the kitchen and breakfast was very attentive and sweet.

While I was waiting to check in a man was complaining about there being bugs and roaches out by and in the pool, and I didn’t like the way the front desk was responding to him. They were rude and just dismissed him, and they could of easily said “sorry, yes we’ll try and do something about it asap” but they very rudely said “yeah well the pool is outside and we obviously can’t control the bugs out there”. That made me not want to go ask the front desk for anything throughout our stay, and I didn’t even bother going down to the pool.

I loved the first night we arrived at the front desk clerk, Iris was so friendly, helpful, and funny. We arrived in the late hours, and to hear such a friendly person with TONS of energy just made me so happy. She even remembered about my daughter a couple of days later, going into labor the night we checked. She asked about her and my new grandchild, making me feel so touched. The gentleman in charge of breakfast and other gentleman front desk clerk was also very friendly.

I am pleased with our stay except for the other front female desk clerk who seemed bothered by her customers. Not friendly at all. I would have given the hotel a 5 star, but her customer service was not what I was expecting.

Breakfast was good could use a little more flavor on the making of food. I love the ice machines close to room. The manager was very friendly. Love the communication with manager he did say call before 11A.M. wanted your room be cleaned.

The bathroom could of use an upgrade. Especially the shower looked dirty and old. Also, the door room she be upgraded see gaps through it. Daily cleaning services should be provided at least till 2 pm. Should have tags saying you need cleaning room service. Also, the pool was closed wanted to go outside and relax in it. Needs to be more parking spaces available for hotel guests most of time had to park way in the back of the hotel.

I'm short, so I hate tal beds. These need were awesome! Good height, comfortable and clean. The room was very neat and well organized.

The handicap roll in shower. The shower head was not aimed at the showering area, but towards the curtain. Water was going everywhere, but at me. I could not adjust the shower head. I'm a frequent solo, handicap traveler, who doesn't like to bother people at inconvenient times. I therefore could not take a proper bath. Pricing online was 95.00 and fees and whatever raised it to 200.00. That's ridiculous and deceptive.

Property was well kept (clean outside area / parking lot). No complaints at all. Also there has been some change in management in the last year and looks like staff and maintenance are cleaning house on keeping bugs out of the rooms. I only saw 1 small cockroach in my room, and had no issues the rest of my stay once I got rid of it. I noticed almost all rooms have a gap under the door to their rooms that isn’t sealed or padded. My guess is this is how they are getting in, so until that’s fixed. It may be a constant annoyance for housekeeping.

No complaints, just that if the property ever gets an opportunity to hookup fiber to its location and maybe new wifi routers, it’d speed up the wifi internet for customers.

The breakfast was wonderful! Fresh every morning! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was all generally pretty friendly. There was one gentleman who wasn't as friendly as the others, but he was okay.

There was always water in the elevator from what I assume were kids swimming. There should be a rug or carpet in the elevator to keep people from falling if they slip on the water.

great customer service, very helpful front desk clerks & with a smile always, great comfortable beds, very clean rooms, great breakfast, check out at 12noon was perfect love it.

just that our room was on side of the hwy & unfortunately some cars would be very very loud in the middle of the night. Also my room was in front of the elevator & I would get woken up when people were walking in or out & were to loud but it was for a few minutes only. Good thing I don't have trouble going back to sleep.

The location is close to restaurants and there is a shopping area located behind the hotel.The staff is always super friendly.

There was a big ball of hair in the bathroom sinks drain.There wasn’t a drain plug in the sink so I just put a face towel over the drain.The knobs that cover the screws to the toilet were missing and there was rust around them.

The property was overall very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Check in was a breeze.

The breakfast was not to standards. The food was cold and looked like it was saved and re heated from the previous day. We went down about 15 minutes after it was served and were very disappointed. My husband ended up running out to grab us breakfast elsewhere.

We checked in pretty late, the staff was ready for us and cracked a little joke which was nice after traveling so far. Got in to our room and everything was so clean. The walk in shower had amazing water pressure, I didn’t want to get out! The room also cooled off super quick. The bed was really comfy too! The property stayed quiet, and we slept really well. Breakfast was pretty good too. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties and waffle irons. Also had breads and cereals as well. This location is within about 20 mins from the major attractions of downtown area. One of the best parts was housekeeping will never knock or come to room unless asked. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay here again!
