The rooms were nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. And the room’s air conditioning was able to go pretty low and stay cold. Breakfast was great and stocked well.

My only complaint would be the early check in. I was told I would be able to check in early for a fee of $15 which is very reasonable. I was told this was possible if rooms were available. We arrived early and had to wait 8 hours before being able to check in. The early “check in” was literally an hour before the actual check in. Im sure there were rooms that got cleaned way before the actual hour check in. Had they told us up front that early check in would only be an hour ahead of time I would have planned accordingly.

The bedroom was large and had additional desk, couch and ottomans. Plug-ins were available for USB. Bed was comfortable. TV was a decent size and location. The best thing was the full complimentary breakfast...not just juice, cereal and muffins but scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage links, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, and the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. It had plenty of food left at the end of the breakfast period, unlike most places we have gone that do not refill it once it is gone. They had a year-round covered pool and hot tub. Location was quiet and close to freeways.

The only complaint is that the hot tub was a little small and needed more steps to get in and out. It had room for three adults, at the most. The first step getting out was really high for the depth of the hot tub.

The staff in the kitchen is not kind and make gestures when asking for help . They start cleaning the restaurant area 9:45 when still there is people having breakfast. The lady removed breakfast from the counters when there was people in the line for waffles for example. Our reaction was like Wtf with this lady.

This hotel selection was based on location and price. I knew that I would need something easy to find since we would be arriving after dark, after an 800 mile drive and expecting to check out AFTER midnight for an 800 mile return drive. Breakfast was a VERY pleasant surprise with so many options (eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt) and the FULL selection right up to the end of their serving time. After a short midnight nap, we were greeted by Laxmi (the night clerk) with a 2am cheerful smile and offers to assist as we loaded the car.

Since I am a "pillow hugger", I was somewhat disappointed that the pillows were more "throw pillow" size squares. There were more than enough of them, so this was only a minimal inconvenience and the comfortable mattress more than made up for it.

Room was spacious and well kempt. Staff was courteous and bent over backwards to help: for example the first floor elevator call button was broken and literally every time someone needed to call the elevator a staff member had to go into the elevator service room and call it. Not once did they seem to be put out by having to get up or stop what they were doing to call it. The continental breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of offerings. Lobby was clean and staff looked professional. Beds were comfortable.

Other than having to occasionally get a staff member to call the elevator there was nothing about our stay to complain about. I think it was a great value.

The rooms were clean and inviting. It felt cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was amazing. The waffle makers were awesome. This place seemed well managed and maintained. The staff were friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again. I loved the location of this place. It seemed like it was in a nice part of the city. It was definitely a memorable experience.

The eggs could have been cooked and maintained better. The texture was a bit rubbery. Perhaps some Almond, Soy or Oat milk options for non-dairy folks. Besides that, the breakfast was very nice for the value.

Great location for me. very friendly staff, clean facilities. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers. I really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The breakfast was fantastic.

I was disappointed that the hot tub in the pool area was not working. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. Also the elevator button didn’t work so from the bottom floor a staff member had to push something every time to make it go up.

The whole staff was amazing April great great manager Miss Bernadette who runs the morning breakfast is very sweet and you can talk to her about anything she's just like a friend the whole staff all the front desk Jesse Dalton Jessica I think you guys all for everything I've been saying there for a little while now and I've enjoyed every minute of it they've been very very understanding and very gracious. I would most definitely recommend this hotel this place is better than most five-star hotels

There was nothing that I did not like

my whole stay excellent and all the staff was very friendly and helpful overall I would stay there again the breakfast was good and the selection was good the breakfast staff was excellent the beds and the room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the plastic over our window but that was only because they were panting the hotel that was ok because half of the time we weren't in the room anyway. its good to see that they are taking care of the hotel inside and outside.

Easy access to I-10 and close to 410 and Food places. Quick access to Six Flags. Staff was polite and cleared up any questions we had about our stay. They were the best part.

Parking! When we got back anytimE after 10 p.m it was unclear if there would be an actual parking space available. Saw a tater tot in the stairwell for 3 out of 4 days I stayed. Elevator was not working the first day I arrived.
