property was secure it felt safe, beautiful view, friendly service & staff, convenient as far as restaurant on property, mini store available.

Unpin check in was not & misinformed about the 20.00 a day parking fee. had o know in advance I would’ve declined. this added an extra 100. to my balance. yet I had to park in a different area across the street where the cost was 10.00 per day. this was a HUGE inconvenience ! considering  that I budgeted this trip. I feel that I should’ve been reimbursed for the parking.

I liked that the patio was overlooking the riverwalk. It was quiet mostly. The staff was helpful and polite. My daughter loved the pool I didn't get in. The restaurant had great food. I recommend the shrimp bruchette, I took a bite and almost cried. Room service was excellent. Wifi was decent and easily accessible. It wasn't crowded even though it was a weekend. My family and I weren't bothered by other guests. Most guests also seemed friendly and satisfied with their stay.

The restaurant, bar, and pool, closes at 10 pm and that just seemed a bit early to call it. It was a little too far to walk to anything interesting with the kids. Paying the additional 20 for parking seemed excessive. The room and balcony were super tiny for it to be a Deluxe Balcony room so overall size and location made me feel as I overpaid slightly. I think it would have been made up with a free breakfast. Unfortunately they did not offer a free breakfast but do have a full breakfast menu available until 1030 am.

Very quite staff was super helpful room was nice

The room was not clean to hotel standards the shampoo in bathroom was missing some of its contents and also had a grey 3 inch long hair. The counters were a little grimy as in water residue. Also the bathroom extraction fan was completely off. We all know how uncomfortable a bathroom 5 feet from the beds can be when there is no ventilation.

The view was spectacular as I had a balcony room overlooking the river. The staff was extremely pleasant. I really enjoyed the restaurant and my room was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning was on par. Within walking distance to the Museum and many lovely restaurants and the Pearl.

The walls are extremely thin and I was awoken VERY early in the morning to the sounds of the room adjacent to me having very loud sex! It sounded like they were in my room. I don't mind muffled sounds but this was too much.

1) The view to the river walk and its access to it; very convenient to make a tour. 2) The relative calm 3) The hotel has closed parking, which is nice (some security). 4) The possibility to have a dinner at the hotel (adjacent restaurant)

The breakfast was not included and apparently was limited in choice. We took our breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, which was ok (although we waited 35 min before getting our order). The night fees for a pet (we paid $50/night, which I found exaggerated). We were not alerted during the booking of this price. I would have thought about it because we stayed 2 nights and thus this added substantially on our bill.

very spacious - the room was very large and didn’t feel cluttered.

2 things: 1. $20 + tax overnight parking fee regardless of gated or not - and their gated lot is tiny so we had no chance to park there. we didn’t know about the parking fee beforehand so had no choice. 2. the bathroom door! barn / sliding door just makes no sense in a hotel room - looks nice but doesn’t shut fully and therefore isn’t great for privacy.

The view from the balcony was really nice. we could see the pool and the river from our room. The beds were really comfy. HOWEVER……..

The sliding glass door to the restroom didn’t close completely. The locking mechanism left a gap so you could see inside the restroom even when the door was closed. The lamp next to the sliding balcony door didn’t work. The electrical outlet in the restroom did not work. When i ordered room service, there was a $5 fee and an 18% gratuity which I did not agree with. Being made to pay an extra 18% on top of the order is a deal breaker for me. We were hungry so we went ahead and ordered. Bit I was not happy with it. Also, our room was right next to the elevator so we kept hearing that obnoxious “BING” every time would use the elevator. We could hear it through the wall at all hours of the night. For all these reasons, we probably won’t be returning to this property.

The property was beautiful and right on the Riverwalk. Parking was easy. Brenda and Molly (apologies if incorrect) were very informative and available during our stay

The bathroom door was odd. It was a sliding door with a latch. There was also a gap toward the top half of the door when it was latched. No breakfast during the days we stayed but there is a restaurant right through the lobby.

there was a giant party in the room next door that made wild and inappropriate noise on two of the nights we were there. no hotel staff came around to quiet them down or rectify situation despite complaints. I don’t normally complain about things of this nature, but this was egregious

Very clean and comfortable

The parking charge of 20 dollars a night which should be included with your stay and I think there was a club near by that was blasting music really loud till 2am which made it a Lil harder to go to sleep ...and on arrival staff did not greet with a hello or anything as we arrived around 10pm for check in
