The room was very nice and clean. A large room for two people. Two big screen TV’s, separate shower and above floor tub. All very nice

When we walked into the room we booked the bed was unmade like someone had just slept in it and there were towels on the floor in the bathroom. Clearly the room had not been cleaned !

The food was exceptional! Land Race is exceptional We loved our room and all of the staff were outstanding! We were greeted with two splits of prosecco at check-in and then two glasses of champagne at dinner on our anniversary! Such a wonderful stay! Also, the Nespresso in the room was so good I came home and ordered one for us to enjoy in our home!

The food was great except for one dessert that was recommended by the waitstaff. We weren't able to eat it right after dinner so we ordered it later to our room. Couldn't eat it! Not sure what the dessert was called but it had strawberries, ice cream and a pudding on top.

Nice restaurant excellent bar. Clean facility. Quick service. Also very set up to adults, no kids running around or yelling. No kids in the restaurant it was great. I appreciate family time and places that cater to families but is was nice to find such a nice place where you can let your hair down and enjoy.

No in room amenities, due to quickly planned trip I didn't take shampoo or body soap. I did not expect to find 30 dollar bottles of soap in the shower. Had to run to a store just for shampoo and body soap.

The 4th floor outdoor pool is just above some outdoor exhaust fan - the entire pool area reeked of smoke , in my hair and clothes - unbearable

Besides being a beautiful property, every single person we came in contact with went above and beyond. Dinner at Land Race was very nice-again with excellent service. I hope circumstances bring me back to San Antonio soon so I can stay at The Thompson again. PS-the rooms are very quiet. Best night sleep ever.

Everything about this hotel was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pool was open but we were told the bar was closed Monday-Wednesday. We packed a small cooler and snacks and told we couldn't have it... so it was disappointing after being told during the weekend it was no problem by a server.

The property was very clean and the rooms were immaculate. All the amenities inside the hotel were great. We had a beautiful city view. The staff was so professional and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here for now on!

Very modern, beautiful art, great rooms, pleasant staff, great views from the pool and rooftop bar. Quick check in!

Need more elevators. Not quite a 5 star hotel but could be. Food needs to improve and couldn’t get a Bloody Mary at the rooftop bar, which was very much needed after a long night! Also couldn’t find a price list for the food and drink in the rooms.

Loved the front staff and valet staff. Super nice and helpful with any questions we had.

Pricing was high. Room was smaller then expected, but that’s okay.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive; Landrace restaurant was splendid from food to setting; amenities were plentiful en suite; overall the decor was eye catching and had a wonderful aesthetic
