Big room. microwave, refrigerator. able to park car in front of door, on first floor. Had jacuzzi but didn't use it.

front room door needs weather stripping to keep cold air from blowing into room. If weather would of been warmer there would of been possibility bugs would get in room. No toilet paper holder stick to keep on dispenser. Other guests very noisy & playing music loud late to 11pm. cant check out early because office doesn't open til 9:00 am Some plaster was peeling on wall near ceiling above door where you enter room. just looks tacky

Such a lovely place to stay, perfect location and lovely property, facilities perfect and grounds beautiful, cannot recommend this place highly enough! Lots of nature around and lovely decking area to enjoy and sit out. If you book, make sure you get a pool view as you will get a view to the Marina with this also.

Location was very good, and the room was big and comfortable.

The Hot Tub was cold, and they didn't alert me of that when I made the reservation, or when I checked in. They should at least take out the resort fee. This building is fairly new, and looks good from the outside, but needs better paint maintenance and attention to some details, that make it appear like a cheap motel.

Casa Bella is a wonderful family friendly place. The Northern Island location is close to Clayton's. Great music and very nice beach people. The Irish Pub, a locals hangout, is right across the street and too a bookstore. The staff, is fun, works especially hard and they have totally renovated post COVID, yet still have reasonable rates during the week. Thank you Casa Bella.

" I got nothing" when asked what I didn't like about my stay.

I like the price and the space in the rooms. This is not our first time staying at casa bella.

Like I mentioned before, this is not the first time staying at this location, but this time the pool was so dirty. It had so many dead bugs in it. That is my only complaint.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We used the fridge which was also clean.

The room we were in had no balcony. It was a corner room that had a small space with one chair. This space was accessible by anyone since it was on the corner.

The pier option next to our room was perfect. We love to fish, so it was very convenient . There was a grill next to the pool to keep an eye on kids. We will definitely stay again.

It was not a big deal, but the door seemed to not be very secure and a bit broken very easily to break in.

Staff was very welcoming, had a couple of questions and the person in the lobby Manny was his name was very helpful. Room was clean, got the same room as last visit and the things that were not working properly were fixed this time

Pool temperature and size were really good, the room also was also bigger than expected for a Hotel like this. Since SPI is relativily small, Hotel was close to everything since we had a car, it was a good option for the weekend.

There´s a BBQ area however grills are dirty and incomplete, also there´s a back door to access the pool area however there´s no way to lock it from outside. Toiletries are insufficient at the room so had to ask for more, since ita was me and my kids.

The stay was very comfortable, the staff checked in with us every morning. We had pool side room, which was very convenient for my kids. Overall the stay and staff exceeded my expectations

They don't serve breakfast anymore, lol
