The facility is nice, but very overpriced!

Lot of money You are doing a disservice to your customers when you are offering valet parking for $35 and your employees park those cars right in front of the hotel, but you make those customers who choose self parking have to park our cars way out there, where you have to cross a very busy street, putting our safety at risk. Wouldn't it make better sense for your customers to park in front of the hotel when there are spaces available, and once those spaces are filled, then offer valet parking for those clients that do not want to walk a great distance? Someone can't think straight or you are simply desperate to make a lot of money offering valet parking for $35 to park cars right in front of the hotel. Never seen anything like this before!

The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Very good location and proximity to the beach.

For the price, the hotel does not offer a single bottle of complimentary water or breakfast. The restaurant was very good, but expensive. There are no lifeguards at the beach.

I loved how you were able to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. The restaurant chicken nachos were so good!! It was peaceful and relaxing.

Breakfast is not free however you can buy breakfast after 8am. Which is kind of late. The service at the bar was horrible. I think it was because we were the only ones of color. So we left after 15 minutes of not being recognized.

Rooms and hotel itself is gorgeous

Wasn’t greeted at check in, I was acknowledged after a mins of standing there on a shift change however if there are 3 people- one could at least look up and say welcome. Bar Louie has the exact same problem as well, however Ruby and Alejandra made my stay there much more comfortable. Morgan is a Godsend, my son had 100.4 temp on Monday night for almost 4 hours... with the hospital being 27 miles away I honestly didn’t know what to do if I couldn’t break his temp from teething. She calmed me down and said, if you can’t break it I will just call an ambulance, that sentence alone took weight off me. Thank you ladies for making my stay.

The fact that we were able to book a room for the remainder of our stay on SPI was awesome. Breakfast was wonderful and reasonably priced.

The room we were in had a tiny fridge and I would of liked a larger option like what was in my sister in law's room, Plus her room had a sink with the counter space where fridge was. W We had moved suddenly from the initial condo we had booked after only two nights which had a full kitchen and we had bought groceries accordingly for that location. After seeing a very large cockroach my traveling companion was no longer willing to stay there for that reason.

Great location, pool, beach access, musicians in the restaurant, security, cleanliness of facility. Additional fees Valet service for parking is $35 per day, and Umbrella & 2 loungers is $35 each day. You can drop your things off at the front and family then, park across the street for free and walk back ( it is a good option too). Seeing the turtles is a must! If you forget anything they have a lovely store on site & within walking distance outside. Wonderful place to stay!!!

Sad to say the food wasn't that good at Bar Loui restaurant. The one in Dallas is very good.

the beach area!!!! as hotel residents, you couldn’t enjoy the beach much less take your kids out. the area was infested with marijuana smokers, drunks, girls making out, underage drinkers falling literally at our feet, trashed area. For the price one pays, the beauty of your hotel that makes one want to stay, and one of the amenities that makes your hotel thrive and a great place; it’s a shame you don’t seem to have that under control and loses value. it would be nice to be able to enjoy that beach as a resident of hotel when one stays there.

Very spacious. Clean rooms pool was amazing. Bar next to beach was great .

The parking most of the time had to park across the street . With having five kids up and down the street .

breakfast items were good except the bland undercooked potatoes. the drinks especially the bloody marys were excellent.

missing yoeungling beer, no topo chico sparkling water. i am allegic to onions and 3 different times i asked for no onions i was ignored. yes i spent 3 nights puking my guts up so we stopped eating at the restaurant.

We did not eat breakfast but enjoyed Starbucks and croissants in the hotel. We loved Happy Hour and the Martinis--a big reason for loving the hotel. The pool was perfect, except there is no hot tub which will be an issue in the winter. We stayed on property and due to the hot weather enjoyed the pool.

There is no hot tub, which will be an issue for winter stays.
