The location is wonderful. Just out of the way of busy traffic but close enough to get where you need in a short drive.

I booked a non-smoking hotel room, but it very much smelled like smoke inside our room. It was faint like it was tried to be covered up but i’m very sensitive to smoke smell. It was pretty late when we arrived so didn’t bother trying to get a different room. For some reason, we had no hot water. It was very cold both nights we were there. Not the biggest deal, just a preference for warm water.

I liked everything, our room was clean, quiet and inviting. The staff was courteous and was constantly checking to see if we were ok even before we checked in.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer!! We had a great stay in Texas at Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.

I’d liked it, but not very much parking

The people that had a room up above me they kept walking back-and-forth and stomping their feet. I couldn’t sleep and it was very annoying.

They did say to help ourselves to the juice or coffee anytime, since the continental breakfast wasn't available. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were adequate to fix food. The king bed wa comfortable and and room was nicely decorate. The desk and extra small couch were nice for getting necessary computer work done. It was relatively quiet, even though it is close to the highway.

Due to covid restrictions, there was no continental breakfast, which I wish we would have known at the time of booking; It would be better to take that feature out of your description that people book from if you aren't going to offer it. It is a little tricky to get to due to one-way access roads, so confusing to find the entrance in the dark.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The floor in the room was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel came back black.

Convenient to the highway and quiet at night. Clean and comfortable firm bed.

The shower pressure was kinda low but it did the trick. I'm a big guy so it was good.

N/A on the breakfast, but it wasn’t necessary…

The day receptionist didn’t have to “BAM” on the door for checkout time. As a frequent customer of this facility for some time now, I’m fully aware of the rules. And a quick phone call would have been great. All is forgiven.

It was convenient and the rooms were clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Room size was very neat for my stayed

Everyone I encountered on my visit were SUPERB especially at check-in. They were very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean in every area I was in and walked through, you could smell the cleanliness, even in the elevators. My room was VERY NICE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. And the rates are great!
